Amelia has been very helpful in assisting with our client's search requirements and organizing viewings on potential properties.
Amelia Boyce in Wokingham branch is very nice and helpful, We talked a lot during the viewing and I learnt a lot from her , thank you Amelia !
Amelia was Awesome! Knew a number of details that really added to the property and was quick to respond to queries.
Chancellors Wokingham team have been brilliant and supportive during a stressful process. We are really happy with the Wokingham team.
Thanks
Steve & Laura
Amelia Boyce at Chancellors was exceptional, she sent me only select properties that would specifically address my search and within my budget which was really appreciated. She was very responsive, easy to get hold of and made the process as simple and seamless as possible.
We have moved to Wokingham from abroad last September, there was few house or flat for rent at that time,we spent around 30 days looking for any place. That was very stressful and tention,Mathew the letting manager dealt with us professionally and humanely and did not try to exploit us like some other real estate agent, his support during that period had a great meaning for us, and within 10 days he found for us a very spacious and beautiful apartment.all the staff are friendly and helpful specially Amelia.
Thanks Chancellor.
Highly recommended
So far the best letting agent I’ve been dealing with, Amelia is professional and respectful, highly recommended!
A big shootout to Amelia Boyce. She went so far above and beyond what I am used to from being shown around properties. Not only was she enthusiastic and friendly, but it was evident she really knew her stuff about the flat I was viewing. She was able to answer all my questions and give me more general advice as well outside of what I expected. As well as this, she made me feel no time pressure even though we were in the property for much longer than usual as I had so many questions. I am really impressed and she showed me the epitome of great customer service. Thank you Amelia :)
Today, 11th November I met Ms. Amelia Boyce for viewing appointment and she was such a professional, supportive and considerate person. I really appreciate her time explaining all the details about the house in such a professional manner. She listened very carefully and patiently to all my conserns and tackled them very well. I recommend her as an excellent letting negotiator and would like to seal a house deal with her.
Amelia Boyce was fantastic in helping me secure a property to let and in quick time to.
Matthew Collins also did a phenomenal job in securing the house for me and getting the contracts sorted between the landlord and I very efficiently.
Smooth process, would highly recommend.
Amelia was very helpful. This is not the first apartment I have seen, the guides always treated me with contempt because of my poor knowledge of the language. Amelia explained everything slowly and understandably. she knew everythink about properyty. I recommend Amelia and Chancellors Great service.
Amelia was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Greatful to have gotten an agent like her, can't reccomend highly enough!
This is the worst experience I am having with an estate agent, Wokingham branch lettings and Bracknell Branch( which they meant deal with all paperwork). So our offer was accepted two weeks before the moving in date, we had memorandum of lettings as well. They asked for references as usual, the referencing company ask you so many details, even tho they had all the documents they needed they will still asking for refence letters, phone calls etc. And this estate agent, at first they didn't upgrade my partner`s account on refencing company till Thursday even though we meant to move in next Monday, from Thursday till Monday, we could not reach anyone to help to move in any branch Wokingham or main Bracknell office, we made all the plans, arranged cleaners for current property we going to leave, arranged all the utility bills, council tax etc, house removal company, of course we made the notice to leave current property weeks ago, booked my holidays to arrange moving in. Now today is moving in date, and still don't have any update from none of the agencies from Thursday at all. On moving date we don't have any contract or contact details for landlord. So if you want to use this agency, please avoid at any cost

Amelia was very responsive and understanding towards our needs and requirements.
Amelia and Matthew are exceptionally professional. There were a few bumps in the road but they reassured us and got it sorted swiftly.
Amelia of Chancellors Wokingham is an efficient and dedicated real estate agent. She is very helpful and provided suitable apartments for us to choose right after I visited the real estate. She is attentive to our needs and helped us to arrange the visits very quick. She liaised with the landlord and agreed the rental arrangement less than 24 hours. Thank you very much.
