We picked Chancellors Estste agents to sell our house after meeting Connor Elder. He was very approachable with a personable manner. He was always very professional, with an excellent knowledge of the housing market. He guided and advised us throughout the process, and his communication was excellent.

Working with Matt Dennis has been a wonderful experience! From the first viewing of the property up until the purchase was progressed to the sales team, Matt has made sure we were on track and completing all appropriate steps. He’d call us to see how things were going, and it would usually turn into a friendly chat! Any missed calls were always followed up with an email to let me know he tried to reach me, and he was always easy to reach when I needed to give him a call back. Even though our situation was a little complex, Matt was always patient and very helpful.

Connor has been an amazing support during the sale of my home; from the moment he came round to do the valuation to the continued updates, advocacy and dashboard reviews.

Weekly updates on the sale from the dedicated sales team in Bracknell (Ruby) through to completion. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell a property.

Paige Prichard was very efficient in organising and accompanying our house viewing today in Worcester. She kept us well informed and communicated effectively.

Company was a little unrealistic in their original valuing of my rental potential, but they quickly recognised this and began to market it more realistically, I do not blame them for this, it was down to an aspect of the house that we had not realised would have such a negative effect n the price. Once they had sourced a tenant they worked really hard to complete the agreement and kept us in the loop the whole time. A massive shout out to Carmen, who worked tirelessly for us.
