Superbly professional already on the phone
I made only a telephone enquiry and Carl was superbly professional, advising me why the problem with my data was not going to be possible to resolve. Other companies would have taken the drive, charged etc. Would surely use such a professional company for any problem!

Excellent small business
Chandlers is an excellent small business that concentrates on personal service. The owner of the business, Carl Chandler, is absolutely on top of everything that his business does and takes pride in the quality of service provided by his staff. They are honest about how busy they are and arrange mutually convenient times to take machines in for repair or service. Whatever they promise, they deliver, on time and at acceptable prices. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about what they do and what is available in your price range. I have been dealing with them for several years and would not go anywhere else.
