Just returned from an amazing week in Guernsey all organised by Channel Escapes. Everything went very smoothly including all transfers to and from the hotel and all trips including coastal trip, Herm and Sark. I mostly dealt with Susan who was so helpful. I’m already looking to book my next trip with them.

Travel escapes were so helpful when booking and answered all my queries promptly. We had a lovely week in Jersey in May and Guernsey in September. The transfers to Guernsey and back went smoothly.
The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed a free trip to Herm. Thank you to all the team.

Just back from a lovely 4 night trip to Guernsey. The trip included complimentary evening meal with a glass of prosecco and a trip to a close island. ...Herm.
The organisation of the pickups for the trips and transfers was amazing.
The hotel le Pommier was also very nice and is being upgraded as we speak but the rooms and service were spotless. Showers a little small. Staff couldn't do enough. All very friendly...as is the whole island.
One small snag...on the way out we couldn't check in for the flight online and when we got to checkin were told we couldn't sit together.
I emailed Channel Escapes and they obviously checked us in for the return flight as we were pre booked. Vert impressive service recovery.

Lovely lady in the office dealt with my booking very efficiently and sorted out everything for our trip. We are very grateful for her very professional approach.

Easy to book, easy to contact by email for questions and excellent customer service

I wanted to book a holiday for 2025 after visiting Guernsey earlier this year however no dates were available. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful. I dealt with Susan who was always quick to reply to any questions I had. With her help I have now booked my return trip for next year. This is the best customer service department I have dealt with.

Very clear information provided and excellent customer service when the airline changed the flight times. This is the third time we have used Channel Island Escapes as so far everything has run smoothly; the hotels have all been exquisite.

Just come back from a wonderful trip to Guernsey booked with Channelescapes. I cant speak highly enough about it from the transfers at the airport to the fabulous Hotel Jerbourg, the beautiful room with a wonderful view and the amazing food including everything you need for breakfast. The staff couldnt do enough for you and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Would definitely recommend booking with Channelescapes - to the first class organisation to the wonderful hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, we contacted Channel Escapes by email about a 5 night break to Guernsey. 1 email and a short, easy phone call later, we had booked flights, a hotel and transfers. The hotel chain was recommended by Channel Escapes, but on arrival we had been upgraded to a sister hotel. A brilliant stay, will definitely use Channel Escapes again and return to Guernsey.
