Had to leave a good review, the clothes are amazing for the price. To be able to get toddler clothing from £2 with these amazing characters on is wonderful. Really happy with them and will be buying again very soon!

Bought over £100 worth of items, including £27 for a lightning mcqueen bag. The bag is extremely poor quality, the handle snapped the 2nd time it got taken to school, got it fixed and now the other side has snapped. This bag is used to nursery so is extremely light just very poorly made. Clothes seem ok at the moment but not had chance to use most as they're for a birthday present. Very disappointed paying £27 for a bag and it snapping so easily

I purchased some clothes for my grandson and I was advised to spend more to obtain free postage. I added additional items and was advised that I was entitled to free shipping. However, shipping costs were added to my final bill. I contacted the company three times about the issue, a website error, but no response. Product was fine but customer services were non-existent. A simple matter to resolve but they couldn't be bothered.

You refund at your own expense and they make you send it with proof of postage (apparently). For £14 pyjamas they make it so it's not worthwhile returning. Very disappointed.

Very cheaply made products . The print lines bled into eachother. Clearly imports from large well known online chinese shop !

All products look nice at first but then soon realised the quilty is very poor. Especially printed pajamas and girls knickers.

Ordered on impulse as saw an advert on social media. Just after Xmas in the sale & arrived with 2 days. Such excellent service- I still have items I am waiting on ordered before Christmas!!

Worst customer service EVER!!
I ordered two items from them, I open the parcel and one item is in the bag but on the paper inside it stated both item names so I emailed them to ask where my other item is? They didn't reply at all.. so I had to ring them up for them to say they will check with the Amazon warehouse, afew days later I got a response that wasnt nice at all basically accusing me of lying and I ain't happy. I don't know how much more evidence I need to supply ? I don't want a refund! I just want my size 3-4 Ariel dress as it's a Christmas present! I emailed back saying I want this whole mess sorted and when I tell you they gone quiet, not responded so I've emailed again and of course nothing... so basically I've been robbed of my money! I just want to receive this dress, but they are making this whole mess they've caused so stressful!

The quality of the pyjama is grea.
The service was fast and great communication with the team.
Strongly recommend.

I ordered several items from Character.com for my daughter’s Christmas list and everything arrived to Australia from the UK in great time. The quality of each item is absolutely fantastic.

I accidentally ordered two of the same product, and when I called to explain my mistake, the customer service team were amazing. Even before I could say anything else, they offered me a refund and told me not to worry about sending the duplicate item back. This was such a relief, as I live too far away to return it and postage would have cost more than the item itself.

A big thank you to Summer, the assistant who helped me — she was wonderful and made the whole process so simple. Truly fantastic customer service. Highly recommend Character.com!

Very disappointed bought pjs for Christmas
This year size 2-3 years are like a 12-18 month old

Recently ordered a new school bag and shoes for my children from character. They are over the moon with them. The shoes seem to be well made and look exactly like you’d get from other leading children’s shoe store but at a fraction of the price. Hopefully they’ll last just as well too

I've bought from them in the past and was quite pleased, but things changed and their service is not what it used to be.
Before making my last order I've conacted them to ask several questions, including if they can actually deliver to my country, as there shipping problems there. The answer wasn't helpful, but as I wasn't told there's a problem the shipping, I went on and made the order.
The next day I got a refund. Just a refund. I had to contact them in order to discover that actually they don't ship to my country, and only then did they remove my country from theit shipping order.
In my communication with them they seemed really puzzled why I was annoyed with them. I feel like they wasted time, and right now, I'm not sure I'd bother to try again with them. I just hope they get their act together because they used to be quite nice.

The website is really slow. Not very good when there’s 1000s of products on there to look through. It could take me days to search there Disney section.

I agree, good materials designs etc, but there are many retailers that offer similar standards.
What bugs me is the delivery time, always takes a week to arrive.
My wife just today asked if our order can be expected as we are heading on holiday but the short answer was NO. So, waste of time ordering these.
Apparently Amazon delivers for these guys?! Amazon already advised the delivery is running late. Why Amazon?

I ordered these shoes for my little girl and when they came the were exactly as described and I have 1 happy little girl. I'm so happy this came up for me to buy. I will be back for shoes. Fast delivery also
