Delivery time incorrect
Nice website but after 11 working days still no parcel. Probably stuck at customs. So the delivery time is far from correct. Probably will arrive some day but unfortunately too late for the planned birthday..

This company is excellent! I ordered a top for my granddaughter. Because of an issue with my card expiry date ( my omission) I received 2 tops. I contacted customer services and the attention I received from Kelly was first class! She was excellent. I returned one top and a refund was issued immediately.
The quality of the top ( a Squishmallow theme) is so good and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Many thanks to Kelly for her wonderful customer service!
