excellent service and quality - worth the price

my experience with charcoal has been amazing! i've bought from them a few times now, and every time, the quality is unmatched.
beyond quality, charcoal also has great customer service - they respond to questions quickly, express shipping is really fast, and their returns process is also quite smooth.
the only thing to note is that i think charcoal runs slightly large, so i usually size down in their garments

A go-to for trendy neutrals

A go-to for trendy neutrals. Charcoal always has friendly customer service and the clothes are nice quality. Sometimes the clothes fit/sit differently so definitely worth trying on before buying but overall, a great shopping experience.

The clothing quality is very good

The clothing quality is very good.

I liked everything they sent except one item. All of the chocolates are true chocolate - so are great for deep autumn palettes like me. Absolutely recommend. The only downside is stock levels are not always accurate for sale items so you end up getting sent credits for items.

Simple and easy!

A really simple and easy shopping experience! I bought 2 sizes in a dress as I wasn’t sure on the fit and the returns process was very easy with ample time to return the item.
