The process was easy to follow and the team was very engaging when giving details and booking our installation. Just the wait for the installation was longer then expected and communication with the team once date book was less engaging and despite promising to get back to us, no one ever called with update on date change (if possible or not). But overall the process and install was really good and we are happy with our charger and the service provided by the installer who was very professional and helpful to the end of the process.

Andrian contacted me beforehand to let me know what time he was arriving.
Throughout the installation Andrian was courteous and kept me updated with his progress when necessary.
À thorough explanation and assistance with the App was also given.

Great service provided by Josh who installed my charger, he did a really great job all around, super happy with the result, you can’t even tell there’s an EV charging cable running through the living room and he also cleaned after himself which was top notch! I’d absolutely recommend these guys to anyone wanting a charger professionally done :)

We had our charger fitted today. Ross Bowden was very helpful he told us how he was fitting charger and explained how it works. He also explained who we needed to contact if there was any issues with the charger in the future

James was very efficient and did a tidy job. He also explained everything to me fully too before he left.

Simon was very professional and courteous. The installation was completed neatly and he tidied up any mess. Thoroughly recommended

Very impressed with the service. Connor messaged the day before to give me an idea of timings and arrived as advised. Super bubbly, helpful and respectful of disturbing me when in meetings .Very neat job and cleared up when done. Spent time explaining how everything worked and set up the app and made sure was working and I understood everything before he left.

Poor Customer service: I called them and was left hearing a message about what a wonderful company they are for 5 minutes, the message being repeated non-stop. It's very difficult to concentrate on other work with this voice in the background. Music would be easier if they don't employ enough people to answer calls. Then I was asked (by the automated answering service) if I wanted someone to call me back within the next 24 hours. That was at least better than listening to the same message for another 5 or more minutes. It would have been good to have this option 3 minutes earlier.
