Ordered the Amari Gold Heart baby bangle. A week later got a message to say their deliveries had gone missing and we were asked to choose another product. We have asked for the same bangle so will see how long and what eventually gets delivered and then give another review. Its funny because the same bangle can be ordered from the website so they clearly are still taking orders for this product

Ordered a necklace was advised 3/4 days as was going to be engraved, this was 4 th Jan 2023 i’ve not had any contact, i’ve send messages but no response, does anyone have any different means of contact, or can the company please get in touch.

Ordered a bracelet 3 weeks ago and its never arrived. Sent several emails, none of which were replied to. Tried the "Chat" nobody answers those messages either. Rang the telephone number on the website, lady that answered says its not Charming Jewellery!! Mobile number on website goes unanswered!!! Terrible experience all round and no bracelet!!!!

Necklace not recieved, payed for the 2-4 day dispatch and still not been sent. I've emailed, messaged on their site and tried calling and I've had no reply at all from them, was £40 which might not be alot for some but it is for me I'm a single working mum and cant afford to just go and buy something else. This was a gift for my sons girlfriends 16th birthday. He put alot of thought into it and personalised it, it's now really upset him as he had nothing for her birthday and feels he ruined her day. (She was great n told him its ok) but that's not the point. I've read some other reviews and THE CHARMING JEWELLERY STORE you should be ashamed we are your customers and these orders are meaningful to us and you are just taking peoples money (during cost of living crisis) and not delivering., causing upset etc. Tge lack of respect for your CUSTOMERS to not even reply to anyone is a disgrace, we have all ordered and paid in good faith that our items will be delivered. If I dont get a reply or my order or refund I will be going down the official route because you cant get away with things like this might bot bother you but it does me as I have had to watch my 16 year old son be so upset and feel like a let down because of you. That necklace meant everything to him and you have ruined that for him. Sorry for long review but it has really pi**ed me off, watching my son blame himself for ruining his girlfriends birthday is heartbreaking... and I'm sure I'm bot the only one annoyed because you have not fulfilled our orders other people feel like they have let people down as alot of the reviews are about their items being gifts. So please I'm asking you at the very least communicate and please either refund or deliver... has anyone else had any luck

Spoke with a director about my issue and he resolved the matter and item was delivered in a few days.
And my wife and I was very pleased with the item.

Never recieved it have emailed several times but no reply or no support what's so ever

Took over 2 weeks to arrive after stating 5-7days

I ordered Pearl earrings and never received them, I contacted them it took nearly a week to respond and was told they would send another pair out, that was Monday it’s now Friday and no earrings this has now been going on for a month. The best part is they would have got a good review as I ordered and received an amazing personalised necklace only for this problem to let them down.

Ordered a necklace as a present on a 2 day dispatch and over a week now and still nothing!! No communication at all from the company. Trying to contact them on different platforms (email, Facebook, phone) and nothing. Mobile number always goes to answer phone and landline number “apparently” doesn’t belong to them! Save your money and go elsewhere. Disgusting company.

Didn't arrive and didn't respond to numerous emails

This company is shocking I ordered a necklace (pendant) as my grand daughter was stillborn and I waited nearly 6 weeks and every-time I emailed I had no response. Disgusting customer support and would never recommend this company to anybody

I wasn't happy with the box bracelet came In as it was for 30th and I've bought few things off you and always came in charming jewellery box this one was aye do gifts which when I googled there's a online site does jewellery I also emailed to ask I'd they could send diff box out they replied wanting details and then no further correspondence I have bought a box from elsewhere more fitting for the gift

Customer service were brilliant with me after my original necklace I ordered went out of stock and helped me get a new one

I needed this item for a birthday expected delivery in 3/5 days it was actually 25 days ,arrived the day before the birthday , I was already to go and purchase another item would not use this company again

I ordered a gift for my husband for our anniversary and paid extra for a quick delivery. Unfortunately my gift did not arrive in time and was 3/4 days late. I had emailed the company numerous times and also downloaded the app to track my item. I got no response from the emails and the live update on the app was still showing the item was waiting to be shipped. Finally when I did get a response, I was told their was a delay in my item been shipped. I asked for a refund for my extra cost of quicker delivery, but the question was never raised in any of the emails I sent. The item arrived in the standard time of delivery, which is a free service according to the companies website. I still have not heard anything back regarding my refund for delivery. The gift arrived in a small padded envelope and was squashed through my letterbox, causing damage to the gift box inside. I definitely advise not to purchase from here as your gift will not arrive on time and your emails will be ignored. I wish I read about the company and the reviews before my purchase. The items they sell look lovely, but are not as they seem and the level of customer service is terrible!! Totally gutted with this purchase and out of pocket!

Beautifully made and presented arrived faster than expected will be lovely surprise presents for my younger sisters birthdays.
