The company didn't even send me the right size and upon asking for a refund they so far have only offered me a 30% of my $40 purchase as if 70% of the mistakes at hand are my fault. Horrible customer service and product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They want me to pay to return these Halloween wigs back to China!!! I will shop American going forward. If I had known what terrible wigs these are I would have never bought them. They DO NOT look like the pictures on their website. SHAM company. DO NOT buy from them

I made a purchase more than one year ago and still have not received it. Instead I keep receiving lame excuses for it not arriving such as bad weather in the Summer. I last heard from Charmwish in July saying they were going to expedite it and nothing else happened after that. I do not recommend any future purchases in this site as they do not deliver and customer services is very poor.

I ordered a swing coat from Charmwish. It was absolutely awful. The material feels like the felt placed on the bottom of a lamp. The pockets were flaps. There is no lining in the supposed coat. Which is a blazer. The size is way off. I will never never order from this company again. Take my advice do not waste your money. This company is a total rip off.

I apparently had to give at least one star just to write a review!! For me it is zero stars!! I placed my order over 6 months ago, the first couple months went by I inquired with Ramil and he said cant fill that order and offered me anything in exchange so I chose a dress and I still dont have it!! He stopped responding to any of my emails long ago. I sent another email today but Im sure I will be ignored again. What a scam!

This is the absolute WORST purchase I have ever made. Quality was very poor & sizing was way off. I have been trying to get a refund for a month now. Still hasn't happened. NEVER ORDER FRIM THIS COMPANY. They should not even be allowed to advertise. If I knew how to report them, I surely would...

I received pants from this company that look nothing like the photo. They are made from the cheapest material l have ever seen. I remember looking at these pants on line but do not believe l ordered them as the cost of delivery was actually more than the pants. I argued this with PayPal who were completely unhelpful. There is no info at all with pants l received or on their website regarding where to return them to for a refund. This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I intend to report them to Consumer Affairs. Zero stars from me.

I am trying to get in contact with customer service . I want to return some items and it is impossible to contact them. Most of the items I ordered don’t fit me. I need o return them and I need to receive my refund. Could somebody help me?

Ok I ordered this lovely looking sweater because I loved the pastel colour advertised on the site. What a disappointment when I received it yesterday. No where near the photos colours. So disappointed. I ordered size small and although the tag says small it would easily fit an XL.

DO NOT buy from this company, the items are absolutely shocking, I wouldn't even give these clothes to charity, they went straight in the bin, I emailed them and the reply was to email them pictures and they would have a look, I just couldn't be bothered as I know it will get me no where.

This company is horrible! After 5 months, I am still trying to get my refund for items not delivered and unavailable. All of my emails get replies that are repetitive and automated, that lead nowhere.
The items I did receive were not true to size or good quality.

AVOID this website. The dress I ordered was a totally different color and terrible quality and their response was to offer a one third refund. They stopped replying to me emails when I would not accept that and repeatedly requested a full refund. AVOID them

This company sent me knitted coat which ended up being a cardigan with threads and labels all on the outside looked nothing like the item I ordered paid £40.00 for it complained they offered me 13 dollars as compensation and to keep this thing they sent out would never buy off these sites again they are scamming people. All these companies belong to one major company and they all scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHARMWISH! They do not honor their return policy and the clothes are made in China and are not true to size!

Do not order from this company. Items are from China and poor quality. Use your money somewhere else

I had the same problem. I ordered a maxi line dress and what I received would not even fit me as a blouse.

Don't ever order anything from this company, l ordered 6 tops it took 6 month for the delivery, when l got the tops they are so small they wouldn't fit a child and creep, when you want to return them they give you 30 days they are in China it takes 6 weeks for them to get it also you have to pay the return charge 65.00 and they won't give you the money back, and they said if they dont get them in 30 your not getting your money back they know they aren't getting it back in 30 days. This company is nothing but a scam from China, they wanted me to give the tops to a friend they are so cheap l won't put them on my friends dogs. I pd over a 100.00 dollars for them not worth 1.00 each. We.will see if l get my money back. Scammers.

I received my "two dresses" that I ordered today. The green dress is so short that it comes not even to my knees and the dress I ordered was mid length. Also the gold "dress" that I ordered was the same. I didn't order anything that even looked like that dress. At best it could be a top. I wish that I had looked at the reviews before I placed my order and I could have saved myself $61.00. Lesson learned. This website doesn't even deserve the one star. What I received was total junk.
