This is cheap and deceptive merchandize.

this is total junk from china and when you try to unsubscribe, the options are all in chinese so it is impossible to get the emails to stop. they are relentless with two or three emails a day. the products do NOT match the pictures either. DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY FROM CHARMWISH! I have had a HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Customer experience with this business. I see all the reviews are basically bad and I agree. Buyers please join me in reporting Charmwish to the FTC, BBB, and Consumer Finance Protection agency as the victims to shut them down. Nobody should have to throw their hard earned money in the trash. ALL the items I received had a FOUL ODOR, so wrinkled they have permanent creases, the material is cheap and paper thin; the website says polyester but its not. The items have no washing instructions. Two of my items were not even new. They were from last year clearly stated on the package. I received 2 items so dry rotted that even the bags were dry rotted. One dress was dirty, stained and had a rip in it. The clothes are of such poor quality that the sizes don't match the fitting chart. These items don't even meet the criteria of being clothing. Charmwish used their policies as predator strategies to keep my money. When I reported that I wanted a refund and told them I did not receive the other 3 items in my order, instead of processing the refund, a month later I get more stink, wrinkled up items. Charmwish system ensure that a refund never happens. The customer service is zero. When customers ask for refunds they want to negotiate with coupons and discount for the trash bin ready items they sell . You only have 30 days for refund or exchange. They fix it so by the time you get it IF you get it's too late. When I did get a RMA they wanted me to send it back to China on a "we might refund". It would cost me $30. I already spent $154. They fool the credit card companies with document deception, no confirmation and tracking so they can manipulate to their advantage . I have a trail of emails and pictures as proof. They pretend they are a US based business on their website. I looked for a refund policy and did not see one at the time. A US based business sends there items from the US (one of my items came from Jamaica New York & the other came San Francisco, Calif) but wants customers who want a refund to pay shipping for RMAs to China with a "we might give you a refund". If you want to buy trash you have come to the right place.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH...Do not buy. The dress I ordered was paper this and nothing like the photo. Could not be bothered wasting my money returning, went straight in the bin.

I bought 4 items. I received 3 so far and none of them fit. I asked for a refund and was told they could give me 40% off so I could buy the same items in a different size or I could take a $27 refund! My total was $75! Since I persisted I am now getting $40! Maybe! I wish I knew how to put this out there so people wouldn’t be drawn in to their cute clothes like I was! Do not do business with them!!!! They will rip you off all they can!!

I ordered 4 blouses and only 1 looked like the order in the picture. Poor quality. I wanted to return for a refund so first they asked I dive them the invoice number, which I did. Then they wanted multiple views of the products, which I sent. Next I was told I would have to send back the items at my cost to China and when they receive them they will decide if I was due a refund. It is not worth the extra cost to send them back and then hope to get a refund. They make it totally impossible. Buyers Beware!!!!!!

I received a pair of shoes from this company that I did not order. I will be putting them back in the mail as return to sender. If the PO will not send them back without payment, they will be donated!

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a gorgeous thick sweater for fall. It arrived after several weeks and I was appalled. The sweater was so thin it could be seen through in the light. Various strings were loose and hanging when you turned it inside out. No label (?) regarding size or cleaning instructions. Plus I ordered an XL so it would be loose and comfy like in the photo (I thought buying a larger size would ensure a loose fit ). Instead it looks like a child's size medium with a neck opening so small an adult's head won't fit through it! Frankly, it looks like cheap clothes you could buy at a dollar store! I paid almost $40 and the return address states: "Retrun 4 Disposal Service." Mispelling and all! So, I'm sure when I return it I will never hear from the company again. Save your money!

I ordered a few items in early June. This is August 4! I understand the Covid delay. It’s a very strange company! I would not order again I’m still waiting for a refund!

This company is a SCAM! Do not order from them. I ordered a couple of tops and never received them. I tried contacting them and never got an answer. Months later, I did receive the tops. They were cheap, not even sure what they were made of, but a cross between paper and fabric. Horrible and not at all what I had ordered. The shipping label was in Chinese and the return address was "Jon" from Alabama. I attempted to return them only to get them sent back to me with a label that read "return to sender. Shipping Department refused". I am now disputing the charge with my bank and are hoping to get my money back.
Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT order from this company. It is a reseller who buys things for pennies and then turns around and resells the junk he gets.

This company is related to another company out of China I ordered from. The items are not as pictured or even the same
fabrics, very cheaply made. When you order they advertise a discount that is different on each website. I ordered a year ago and then went through on the order to the payment and it wouldn’t allow me to apply the discount. But 3 items and get 35% off the third item so I backed it up to try again and it processed my order. I was furious it processed it. I finally was able to find an e-mail. I sent a cancelation to them via the e- mail and they ignored it till the last item was to be shipped again from China. I was advised I could send it all back by t was responsible for all shipping charges plus the importing fees as well. It all came in 1-2 item packages with no return address. I finally contacted my MC credit card company and filed a dispute on them. Thy change the name of the company on a regular basis. 3 times this year.
You have to watch for the items to pop up on the new site. Don’t order from them they are very deceitful and your stuck with the junk they send.

I ordered 2 sundresses on 6/28/2020, it is now 7/31/2020 and I have not received these items and I have been charged and paid for via my credit card. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I am gob smacked at the quality, of these products. The material is appalling, they look nothing like the pictures displayed. Without a word of a lie, I will be using them as rags,I tried to email the company , but when I tried it stated it is not a reply email.. BUYER BEWARE

Stay away! Despite using the size guide provided the items didn't fit and 1 was damaged. I was unable to return the items and offered a $25 voucher instead. No mention of compensation for the damaged item despite quotes from the Consumer Guarantee Act and why oh why would I want a voucher. I will never buy from them again.

Omg again Facebook must monitor these fake companies who are deceiving customers looks like I have to start going back on the high street as some of these online companies cannot be trusted. Thanks for giving your reviews 😊

I bought one time from this company. They somehow used my PayPal to charge things I NEVER ordered. There is NO WAY to return these items. Don't buy from this company. They are running some kind of scam.

HORRIBLE!!!! Worst company I ever dealt with. The clothes have to be ordered 10x larger, the quality is terrible. Bounty paper towels are thicker & stronger. Took over 2 months to get & i was missing one top & they told me to check with the post office. Dont waste your time or money!!!

Waited for ages for delivery and when it finally came only 5 out of 6 items ordered and paid for arrived. General quality is 'cheap' . avoid them like the plague!

Same as all reviews posted! Horrible horrible company. They make tracking and returns impossible. Got 7 out of 8 items, tried to return one item but when I sent a picture of the return receipt they told me I had shipped it to the wrong address. If the correct address were either in English, on the website or included in the email they sent, it might make returns easier. I wish there was a way to flag this site before people even got involved with them. Everything I ordered fit differently, no consistency in sizes at all!

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy anything from this website.....Not only did it take 2 months to get my items...None of the tops I ordered resembled anything close to what I choose...I ordered a size LARGE and all topes would have fit a toddler, this is a scam company , save your money and buy American made only....STEAY AWAY
