Most recently ordered a large pokemon (Dragonite) plushie from here along with a few assorted gacha items and blind boxes. My order arrived quickly and exceptionally well packaged in a sturdy box with each item individually wrapped in packing material and sealed with some adoreable washi tape! There was also A lovely thank you note included.

I've been shopping here both at conventions and online since 2016 and they have always been helpful, friendly, and even helping me source some rarer figures from Japan. It's great to see them still going during these difficult times and I can't wait for my next order!

I pre-ordered a Yuru Camp Nendroid from Charmingsushi and was notified by them as soon as it was available for dispatch to me, was delivered quickly and in great condition, I'm always very happy with the service and range of stock they have on their site. I'm looking forward to ordering the rest of the set from them when it releases.

i emailed this site's customer service back in january, to ask about if they plan to restock a figure i had my eye on that was out of stock on the website. i received a email the next day stating they had two in the warehouse that was unsellable because of box damage but was offering them to me with a slight discount and asked if i was interested and wanted pictures. i replied the same day saying "yes please send some pictures, i am interested.", but never got a reply after that. i sent another email 2 weeks after my reply of interest and still have not heard anything till this day.

after doing a google search it seems that there is a wide selection of complaints across several sites such as reddit, facebook and even here about lack of the communication from customer services.

this is a big red flag for me and i will not be purchasing anything from here, as it seems that even if things are in stock, they do not dispatch at all, and people are complaining that they have not received their purchase.

this is a big shame really since the site looks promising, but i much rather prefer to have what i pay for and not have to worry about if i get it or not.

After not replying to several emails, they eventually got in touch with me and couldn't apologise enough. They sorted everything out and am now very happy.

I have ordered a few times now and I can't recommend charming sushi enough the products are amazing the service was great the orders came swiftly well packaged its truly a five star service.
I have recommended the site to family and friends who are all so happy with this great service.
I will be a repeat customer that's for sure.

Condition of product is outstanding; packaged perfectly and in mint condition. Delivery was fast, although I had no way of finding out specifically when the goods will be dispatched. Product range is excellent and I’m surprised this store isn’t as popular as I’d expect it to be. It seems they sell a lot of items from Japan which you would be able to get anywhere else unless you travelled directly to Japan or at extortionate prices. Following from that, pricing is excellent. Will definitely be shopping here first in the future when considering buying gifts for my little cousins and myself. Only other downside I have is can be hard to find items on the website ( ie, I was recommended an item after I made a purchase which I would have purchased if I noticed earlier); delivery costs are quite high so making separate orders eventually adds up, but that’s to be expected as this business seems to be small. Will definitely be recommending this to any of my anime loving friends. Hopefully I will one day get a free keychain like the other reviewer as well! - Indy

THIS WEB IS A SCAM!!!! Don’t ever buy here and save yourself a bad time. I bought a Katsuki Yuri Nendoroid that never came, and I ended opening a Paypal dispute. The worst experience ever.
