Mazie Wood met me at the property on time. She was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. She also made me aware of some different options around the deposit scheme which really helped.

She has been there every step of the way, helping with all of my paperwork, keeping me updated, and always being at the other end of the phone whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. I had a very positive experience with Natalia, Aisha, and the Bitterne lettings team at Charters.

I was going through a stressful housing situation involving a failed tenancy, ongoing maintenance issues at another property, and a complicated referencing process. Natalia and Aisha were both professional, calm, efficient and genuinely helpful throughout.

I fully recommend Charters' Bitterne Branch if you are looking to rent in the Southampton area, The whole experience was wonderful from the start, I was able to organise a next day viewing for a property and found it to be perfect for my needs! I'd like to send special thanks to Maize, Natalia, and Annabel for all their help with getting my tenancy set up, they were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions regarding the property and my tenancy agreement, all while having a warm and friendly manner in our communications that really sweetened the deal for me.
