I was met by an individual from Charters Estate Agents-Fareham, he was called Michael.
I have never felt so well attended to before with regards to speaking to an Estate Agent.
He had honest answers for every question I posed. He was open to communication every step of the way. I thought I was looking for a certain type of property. Michael suggested a different one/type, which I had not even considered. Then when I was shown around the place I was literally blown away. Eveything has been made easy by Michael's professionalism and obvious passion and zest for his work. As a customer I felt as if he put me first every step of the way. I do not think Michael has been with this employer for long, however, you would not think this. He is so good at this job, so friendly, courteous and makes the customer feel as if it is a team effort to get the right property. Charters need to keep this man, he is superb.

The marketing process was good. The photographs of our home were excellent and well presented. There were some minor issues in the draft that required amendment but dealt with well by Georgia at Charters.

From start to finish the whole team at Charters were extremely helpful and responded in record time.

I viewed my new home with Darcy and had my son with me and as they played hide and seek I looked around visualising what I would do if I got it, put my offer in the next day and had to adjust but then once we locked it in they went above and beyond helping and advising me.
