We’ve been renting through Charters now for three years, and our property manager Mollie-Mae West, is just incredible at what she does, she’s so friendly and kind and is always great with communicating with us. Any of our maintenance issues have always been dealt with so professionally and promptly and we’ve always been kept in the loop thanks to Mollie-Mae. We would definitely choose this company to rent through again in a heartbeat! Thankyou for always going so above and beyond! ☺️

As a first time buyer, you always think that it is going to be hard and stressful to look for a house, but with the help of Jorgia, this house hunting process has been exciting! She was so helpful, and she would really listen to us, take down notes, on to what we are looking for a house. Anything that we ask about a property, she’s got it in her notes, and if not, she’s keen to find it and gets back to us with the info.
She’ll make you feel at ease during the house viewing and lets you take your time, which we really appreciate from her.

Working with Charters Estate Agents in Alresford has been a positive experience. Initially, we contacted them for a property in Twyford but Brandon cleverly sent us an email out of the blue suggesting that we check out the Alresford area. He was right, we hadn't thought about the area and ended up buying our dream home there.

We loved working with Brandon, he is the kindest estate agent and he is always happy to spend time on clients, even those with niche interests to explore. Brandon went out of his way to accommodate our requirements and helped us (me especially) feel supported throughout the process. Harry Hodges has been handling the Property Management of two apartments for me and he has been absolutely exemplary. His professionalism and general approach to his work has made life so much easier for me as a landlord, I really appreciate his assistance and attention to detail. Grace Burden was fantastic in helping me buy my first property, that we found because of another member of staff recommending it to us, Grace was on top of everything even after the sellers solicitor started messing us around. The team at Charters have been amazing with the sale of our house. The branch team (Alton), Sarah, Toby and Jane were great getting the house up for sale quickly and answering any questions we had. Once we accepted an offer, Gary Hansford in sales progress team handled everything after this, and honestly cannot thank him enough or recommend him more highly. He was on the ball, and I never had to chase anything. He contacted us regularly to update me, and progressed the sale so smoothly and quickly for us. As first time sellers, we've heard how stressful selling your house is, but honestly it wasn’t at all thanks to Gary being so knowledgable, proactive, informative and professional. Thank you Gary!

Peter Nobbs in the way he dealt with recovering my deposit from TDS was superb. He was very professional and took the time needed to explain the procedure to me. A real asset to Charters.
