Mollie-Mae West has been a wonderful help and support to us as we have taken over as landlord from our husband/father who died in March, explaining and guiding us through quotations to completing the works on the property, liaising with tenant and contractors and keeping us well informed, and accompanying us to view the end product. Where do I begin !! The service at Charters has been outstanding from start to finish.
Cameron who initially came to view and value our property was incredibly professional, friendly and informative. In fact it was because of this initial service with him we chose Charters .
Jorgia, Lydia and Kanika were exceptional and just couldn't fault their dedication and tireless work to generate interest, even arranging viewings before the professional photographs were available was incredible !
Communication throughout was excellent and the feedback from viewings were prompt and honest which we so appreciated. Whilst being on the market for only 3 weeks we had a buyer which was amazing !!

We recently rented a house through Charters and had an excellent experience throughout. We mainly corresponded with Lily Mott, Tom Chiswell and Harry Fisher and they were very helpful, informative and friendly in keeping us bang up to date, especially as everything was going through right as we were going on holiday.

Since we got back and moved in, any questions or help we've needed has been dealt with quickly with Harry and he's been very easy to deal with.

We’ve been renting through Charters now for three years, and our property manager Mollie-Mae West, is just incredible at what she does, she’s so friendly and kind and is always great with communicating with us. As a first time buyer, you always think that it is going to be hard and stressful to look for a house, but with the help of Jorgia, this house hunting process has been exciting! She was so helpful, and she would really listen to us, take down notes, on to what we are looking for a house. Anything that we ask about a property, she’s got it in her notes, and if not, she’s keen to find it and gets back to us with the info.
She’ll make you feel at ease during the house viewing and lets you take your time, which we really appreciate from her.

Working with Charters Estate Agents in Alresford has been a positive experience. Initially, we contacted them for a property in Twyford but Brandon cleverly sent us an email out of the blue suggesting that we check out the Alresford area. He was right, we hadn't thought about the area and ended up buying our dream home there.
