Still waiting on refund nearly a month later and still nothing I was told my refund would be two weeks so two weeks past and still nothing I texted to ask only to be told 4 days later when they eventually texted back they need my account number and sort code like what only for I texted to ask about my refund id still be waiting and none the wiser they never asked for my account number or sort code at the start of the refund I taught they could simply reverse the payment that was only made a week prior to the refund being requested I’ve never had to deal with such ah awful company like charterwells and now il still be no doubt waiting another two weeks or more for my money all I can say to people stay clear …………….finale update still never received a refund even after I gave my account number and sort code I was told no that won’t work as it’s a Irish bank account!! They had no problem taking money from an Irish account the only option was a PayPal account which I don’t have or return the money to an English account which I don’t have as I’m in Ireland!!! So only option was to buy something else from charter wells from my money I then ordered two plates it said they had them in stock on the website but they were convincing me they were out of stock back and forth until eventually they realised they had them in stock which I had to send more money as I was £10 short so sent €15 then was also charged a customs fee when I tell you a total nightmare from start to finish il never again bother with them again I was so close to just telling them keep my €200 only for what they put me through I would not please them

I ordered a Cinderella figurine. I am in the US. It shipped out quickly and arrived quickly. She was well packed and arrived safely. Beautiful item. I’ve now placed another order. Great experience so far. Thank you! MGL

A Fab experience.
After contacting Charterwells, a little unsure of my requirements and budget, I found a friendly service that guided me through the options and an easy to use payment plan that ring-fenced the price.
6 months later, I completed my payments and 2 days later my ordered arrived, earlier than expected and packed unbelievably well.
From start to finish these guys were great and the whole experience was a pleasure.

I have found the service from this company to be first class. I telephoned regarding placing an order for a Crown Derby paperweight and was assured it would be sent first class the next day and it was received as promised. It was extremely well packaged and protected. The item was of first quality with its gold stopper so in my experience Charterwells deserve positive feedback.

Terrible service. They don’t deserve this one star rating! Ordered 2 paperweights in September and only received one as the second one was to follow. Now mid December and still being given the run around. Rarely answers phone. Ignores emails requesting refund. Terrible terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW;
I was surprised that two weeks after a long apologetic phone call from the Managing Director on the day I posted this review, I received a parcel from Charterwells containing six side plates by way of an apology for the service we received.

I’m grateful to Charterwells, it made my partner very happy and has made me reevaluate the company. It’s obvious that things can and do go wrong, and processes fail. It’s in the handling of those failures that can damage a reputation. Thank you Charterwells for the very kind and indeed, generous apology.
