Judging by my experience of using Chase AV Direct , I would highly recommend this company . I had a query about applying a discount code , within minutes of sending my email , the refund was sorted . Frank Olsen 1500 unit looks really smart. Only criticisms are that the assembly instructions were poor which caused me to dismantle and reassemble 3 times. Also the LED light will NOT work on the phone app if you are not running 2.4GHz through your router. I didn't want to change my router to the slower 2.4GHz from 5GHz just for the sake of the LED light strip so can't use the app function. The unit itself however looks very sleek particularly with the glass top.

Seem like a good company to deal with. I was kept informed of the progress of my order, quality of furniture is very good would have been a five star review only one of the closing mechanisms on the door does not work. to be fair I have not had time to contact AV regarding this issue.

This is a great stand for a big television. It feels sturdy once assembled and it is easy to attach the television to it using the brackets that are supplied with your tv. Cables can be run through the legs to keep things tidy. Looks good in the corner, better than drilling holes in the wall! If you don’t like it in one place you can wheel it somewhere else....recommended, solid TV stand.

What was especially good was how Chase AV Direct and Fred Olsen were so speedy when one part was found to be missing from the self assembly kit. My email to Av was actioned within an hour and the missing part arrived within 48 hours.

I ordered 4 Frank Olsen bedside cabinets, 1 tall chest of drawers and 1 large chest of drawers. I am a women and had no problem building these products up on my own. The quality and look of them is fantastic. I built everything up and the very last drawer wouldn't fit properly as the ball bearings had come out of one of the runners. I immediately contacted Chase Av who instantly sorted it and I received a new set of runners a week later. I would recommend these drawers and this company to anyone. Thankyou for a great product at a good price and sorting my query so quickly and efficiently.

I had been looking for a TV cabinet for a while with nothing really standing out for me. Then I happened to see the Olsen furniture whilst browsing.
I read the description and watched the videos and decided to buy a corner unit in grey.
I am so pleased with the cabinet, it really is a centrepiece to the room. The unit is made of highly quality materials top with a smoked glass top and the whole thing looks like it’s floating above the floor, it’s perfect for my 50 inch TV. The colour changing LED lighting make a real feature of the unit and illuminates the corner of the room beautifully. There’s lots of colour and intensity options with the lighting to give a nice warm feel to the room. It’s great to be able to hide away the Sky box and DVD player using the magic eye technology, it’s such a neat and tidy solution. To top it off, it has the integral phone charger built in and almost invisible apart from the decal showing you where it is. That’s a great feature!
