We received very good service and were kept fully updated on delivery which was quick and on time. We had a slight problem with the product wich was not chase av direct fault but they resolved it very quickly for us, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again myself in the future

They are a reputable company with an excellent service. They kept us fully informed on tracking etc and delivered earlier than expected.

Service was great and very helpful with order. Unfortunately although the manufacturer information suggested the m-QLED bracket fitted the Q9 series the bracket didn't fit my Q90T TV and as I had to get the builders to fix it on a specific day ended up having to buy a separate plate and drill new holes to make it fit.

Placed an order for a TV unit, the process was straightforward as was booking a delivery slot. Item arrived as described when they said it would. Placed a second order and that was just as straightforward. Very happy, would recommend.

My coffee table arrived as promised really quick turnaround considering the current circumstances and it was a week or two before xmas.

We needed a compact but functional and stylish office desk. My wife found one on Chase AV Direct but having just had a very frustrating experience with a national electronics and electrical goods store who managed to take over £700 to complete an order for a product that they were out of stock of with no prospect of stock returning, I emailed Chase AV to check whether the desk was indeed in stock as per their web site and would be shipped when businesses reopened on 4th January. I think that the MD thought that I was being "funny" with my query, but answered my email personally late on Friday night.
The desk shipped on Monday 4th January, as promised, and arrived at 10.30am the following day. It is exactly as listed on the website, so much nicer than computer "workstations". The instructions need close attention to detail, but self-assembly was easy enough with no screws left over.
Chase AV Direct have an excellent web site that gives accurate stock levels of a huge range of products and it's an SME managed by a man who cares and goes the extra mile. A rarity these days.
