Look at the better business bureau ratings for this company. There is a major issue here. My flight was canceled two years ago and although they repeatedly told me they would give me a refund and asked for me to be patient, I still haven’t received any type of compensation.

This was the first time I used cheapbestfares.com and I am very happy with their services. When I first made the reservation, I selected the wrong month for travel but within an hour when I noticed that I made a mistake, I immediately called them. This company quickly help me canceling my original reservation and re-booking at the correct dates. They kept me updated with the progress and within 12 hours they were able to resolve my issue and request. They did help me make the new reservation at no additional cost or fee. Very happy with their customer service and highly recommend them.
