Waiting now for 2 years for a refund
I am waiting now since March 2020 for an official refund from Cheapbestfares. United cancelled the flights due to COV19. I received a future credit from United which was useless due to the restrictions. Due to the latest changes I asked United to use the credit but was notified that the ticket trader GOWAY requested a refund in my name. Cheapbestfares is excusing the delay due to missing response from United. United is excusing that they refunded according to requestor. GOWAY does not know anything. I had know several conversations with the travel desk support hotline from Cheapbestfares with the typical excuse (My supervisor works on it, We will call you back, please wait 48hr for response, the refund process will take 1 week).
