Worst Cleaning service ever. Horrible company, Horrible service

They didn’t even show up on the agreed date and we had to check out at the end of tenancy without cleaning

I contacted this company regarding an end-of-tenacy clean. They were polite via email and supplied me with a reasonable quote, however, as it was above my budget, I replied requesting a smaller clean of just kitchen, bathroom, windows, oven, lounge and carpets. When they called me, they were so incredibly rude. The man told me that if I did not use them for the entire clean, I would end up losing my deposit. I politely told him that my reason for booking them was not due to my own lack of cleaning capability, but due to my lack of time. He dismissed this, refused to amend the quote (very rudely and snappily), and proceeded to give me the hard sell. I absolutely would not have had a problem with them if I had been told that a partial clean is not part of their services, but to be rudely told that my request was 'bad for business' and to be spoken to so aggressively is simply unacceptable. Perhaps if customer service is not your bag, but you want a cheap clean, then these are the people for you. If, however, you are on a budget and quite like to be spoken to nicely, DO NOT USE.

Great people - They cleaned my property to the highest standards even though our tenant never cleaned it once in 9 years! Our property was spotless when they finished, 12 hours after, there were 6 of you and all 6 of you were great people. Thank you

They came on time with all the equipment. Were really friendly. I was really impressed with the cleaning. The landlord survey came out with comments such as spots on carpet and dust on top of like two doors so required additional cleaning (which in my mind was ridiculous because the cleaning was amazing.) However, as it was within the 50 hour guarantee limit, the Company said no problem, and went back out and dealt directly with my rental agency to make them happy. Which in turn meant I couldn't be happier. They do a superb job and stand by their work.

Highly recommended - the staff face to face & on the phone were very friendly & professional.

They took the time to call during the cleaning to check it was being done to my satisfaction and called again after to check I was happy with the result. My 2 bedroom flat took no longer than and hour and a half maximum.

I would definitely recommend them!

Booked for a Moving in Clean, they were able to slot me in at short notice and the team worked long hours until the job was completed. They even apologised for taking up our evening, despite the fact they were doing us a favour!

Much cheaper than comparable companies and were not only able to fulfil our individual requests, but they stayed and inspected the house with us to make sure everything was as expected.

Would recommend and use again.

I have requested a free end of tenancy cleaning quote while moving from Croydon Surrey to South West London, I was amazed with how quickly these guys respond on a blink of an eye, they even called me on my desired scheduled time after office hours, they were very easy and polite to chat with whilst I had my questions, they offered us a great price on moving out house cleaning including professional steam carpet and upholstery cleaning.

We contacted several other cleaning companies but found they were the one's with competitive price, had local presence, great reviews, we therefore planned to go ahead with these guys, they arrived on time, did a great job, had all they needed to complete the job, were fully equipped, they used professional cleaning products and equipment and our estate agency (foxtons) were really happy as well as our landlord and inventory clerk with how neat we had maintained the property.

We had since then received our full deposit, we were so happy with these guys that we even hired them for our moving in property, they offered us a great 50-% off deal and did a great job too

We are all busy professionals living in a 6 bedrooms house and we are now using their professional maids and housekeeping services twice a month.

We have found these guys very down to earth, very professional and polite which actually know what they are doing unlike cowboy companies which we have used since living in the UK for over 6 years now

I would not hesitate recommending these guys to my family and friends.

The services provided from start to end have been great. Luqman was very friendly and polite, we discussed all property features, he accommodate some changes which I requested after the first booking, and was so attentive in making me feel assured I was going to get a great service, which in the end did not dissappoint at all.

The cleaners arrived at the convened time, had a first inspection at the property, and I left them to do their job. When they were 30mins to finish, they gave me a phone call for me to come back to the property. When I arrive they were doing the finishing bits and they offered me to check everything to make sure I was happy with the standard achieved. I was really happy. There were a couple of bits which I asked for a finish touch, which they did without complaining. Everything was left spotless, and the guys were really friendly.

I would definitely use them again and I would not doubt recommending to my friends and anyone who asks for advice. Very realiable and efficient service!

I booked an End of Tenancy cleaning for a two-bed, two-bath flat with carpet cleaning of the two rooms.
- It was one of the best quotes for a professional end of tenancy cleaning I could find around London (and believe me, as a student, I looked hard for a good deal).
- Luqman, the coordinator, replied to my emails and messages within minutes. He was always efficient and pleasant to talk to, and approached his business professionally.
- The cleaning crew was friendly and well organised. They finished the job to a high standard. They were enthusiastic and showed that they care about doing their job right.
- The man who cleaned the carpets arrived behind schedule, but perfectly within the time booked for the cleaning. He did a good job too.
- I would recommend this company to anyone!
And believe me when I say that the price you pay does not compromise on the quality of service you receive.

I used this company for an end of tenancy clean at the end of July. I took time off work to wait in the property for the cleaners to come, but they were half an hour late. It turned out that the cleaner was actually sat outside my property smoking (I had seen her but not realised she was the cleaner as she had no uniform, van or equipment), but failed to ring the doorbell. Once I let the cleaner in she was very friendly, and I left the property to go back to work while she waited for the rest of her team.

The second issue arose as a result of me miss-describing the property, which I fully admitted to once I realised there had been a misunderstanding. (Our property was slightly unusual - we have 2 small en-suite toilets and 3 free-standing shower cubicles, all of which I genuinely believed amounted to the same amount of cleaning that would be required had there been 2 bathrooms). I received a phone call once I was back at work, 3 hours after the cleaners had been in the house, from the sales man who then accused me of trying to swindle him out of money by stating I had fewer bathrooms. This phone call lasted for 20 minutes, and despite me apologising and admitting my mistake, I continued to be harassed to the point where I became very upset. I was then given the option of paying over £100 more to have all shower cubicles cleaned, which I declined, stating that I had been unimpressed with the service so far - since I had been kept waiting while the cleaner had been sat outside smoking. It was at this point I was told "you are lying" - despite me explaining that there was no reason I would sit inside the property ignoring the doorbell for half an hour if I was already late to be back at work.

Eventually we came to an agreement that the cleaners would do "as much as they wanted" and that I wouldn't pay any more. I therefore, after work, went to buy cleaning equipment to finish off whatever hadn't been done by the cleaners. On my way to the property I received another phone call, to say that they had decided to clean the entire property. When I arrived the property was cleaned to an acceptable standard, and we have since received our full deposit back.

In Summary: make sure you describe your property in detail when booking, and don't expect the cleaners to arrive on time. The clean was acceptable, but I would not rebook due to my poor customer service experience and the fact it left me quite distressed. I'm sure the sales man meant well (he was very pleasant when first booking the clean) but perhaps some improvement is needed on customer service and professionalism.

I have never come across a cleaning service provider as professional and efficient as cheap cleaning services. The service is better than a 5 star hotel. The coordinator Luqman replied my message in the blink of an eye, helped me connect my tenant right away and arranged a service time for 12 hours. The whole transaction process is done with two emails and 1 call. He is also friendly and understanding of overseas landlords. My tenant was happy and decided to engage with them for regular cleaning in the future. So everyone is happy!

I was impressed with the timeliness, effieciency and professionalism of the staff and overall booking process. I hadn't realised my cleaning lady was on holiday and I also needed my annual steam clean for my carpets and couches. Everything was handled in an organised way, from booking process to cleaning, and they managed to squeeze me in within a couple of days. My flat was clean and sparkly afterwards. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to upkeep and maintain their flat and furniture and also to someone looking for a last minute cleaner.
