The mower delivery was efficient and fast, two days. CheapMowers provided excellent and professional service. They were very helpful with very good after sales service. Obviously a company that cares about it's customers and the service they provide. I am also happy with the mower I purchased, an MTD Lawnflite 92.

I purchased a cordless lawnmower from them on a Friday and it took until the following Wednesday to be "processed". At which point it arrived 2 days after that - 5 working days (they state 3-5 working days from order). Disappointing on delivery as I usually expect things to arrive within a few days max, if not next day.

Came with a defective battery that wouldn't charge. Sent a message via their online support form - no answer. Sent to orders@ (which was most obvious from site) - no reply. Finally tried Support@ and finally got a response on the 12th. Yes - this was over a weekend, but again, in competitive e-commerce today (and considering most of us need to use our items at evenings and weekends), this seems far below par.

Finally got a call from someone there and then engaged in quite a confrontational and defensive conversation - where it was insinuated I was at fault for not appreciating they didn't work at weekends and were generally short staffed. Pretty strange.

To cut a long story short, something happened on their side (perhaps because they mentioned I had left an earlier version of this review) and then they seemed much keener to resolve the problem - arranged a free collection and provided a refund. Again this took about 5 days to process.

Overall - wasn't left with a great impression and personally wouldn't use again.

Terrible service, and extremely rude customer service rep. I ordered at 7pm on day one (Monday) for a item that was stated for 24hrs next day delivery.

On day 3 (The expected delivery day) no delivery. On day 3 I sent a message via the website contact form chasing - No reply.

On day 4 I sent a email to the orders email address - No reply.

On day 5 I called to chase the delivery, when I eventually got through an extremely rude employee answered the phone. I was told that the item is in transit with no ability to tell when the the item was loaded or when the item will be delivered. I was told that because of the Easter bank holiday ALL deliveries from all shops will be delayed, as this is second only to Christmas. The employee then said that any company promising next day delivery are "speaking out of their a*$e". I said other companies have delivered next day, which I was told "No possible" I was then told that yes the website says next day 24hr delivery BUT the order confirmation email confirmation then tells you that is not the case (After paying....?) I was told that the order would be delivered sometime next week but definitely not Monday. So at best delivered on 8... I was then trying to talk and the employee constantly spoke over me, saying that there is nothing he can do could just refund me. I said yes let's refund then as this is unacceptable service and he put the phone down on me.

A shocking and rude service and false information on the website (Until after you have paid)

I would never shop with this company again, no matter how much cheaper an item is.

I recently purchased a lawn scarcifier. There was a problem with delivery to start with, but they kept me in informed of all changes. Because of the delay they offered me an upgrade, which I accepted & it was with me the next day. What more can you ask. Thankyou.

After a shaky start due to supply from the manufacturers, Darren from Cheapmowers went above and beyond to get me another product that arrived the next day! Would highly recommend

I have purchased 2 items from Cheapmowers in the last year and found them to supply quality products at very competitive prices. I sought their guidance in respect of my first purchase, and reported a [minor] issue with the second. On both occasions their customer service department responded promptly and with helpful advice. I sincerely have no hesitation in highly recommending Cheapmowers

I ordered a poly dump cart, unfortunately the wrong one was sent ,after a phone call everything was sorted, the correct cart was delivered & the wrong one was taken back, the very next morning. This was for me a prompt & excellent service, not forgetting the friendly staff.

Had an issue with a defective new flymo. Issue resolved with replacement mower received. First class service and excellent customer care and advice.

Hi all you gardeners out there.
Just purchased a G-Force XR120 LM53 20S Pro cordless Lawnmower 120V 53cm Cut from Cheapmowers.com.
Apart from the great machine specification and very competitive price, what I was most impressed with was the company level of customer service. Two phone calls received, one to confirm order and availability, the second to confirm shipment and delivery. No interminable call-backs to automated answering machines, a phenomenon which I have not personally experienced in years!

I would have liked to have given 5 stars, but at the moment I can't.
I ordered a mower last Thursday and it arrived the very next day, now thats great service.
I realised I had ordered the wrong hyundai model, I was advised to email them explaining my error, I was told I would have to pay for the return which I am more than happy to do, then I get issued witha ticket number stating it would be 3/6 days to be contacted by them.
I thought if I leave a review on here then hopefully someone will contact me now, then hopefully I can leave you a positive review here.

I ordered a lawnmower through this firm and the service was excellent. I received a phone call to say the order would be delayed by a week which was appreciated. The order was actually received earlier than that but unfortunately the grass collection box was unstitched in one area. They agreed to replace immediately without having to return the damaged box and it arrived two days later. Absolute first class service and showed real customer care. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered a Webb lawnmower and waited 2 weeks for its arrival, as it was not in stock.
When it arrived it had clearly been re boxed and when opened to reveal the original box it had clearly been subject to a lot of water and the box had basically fallen apart - No surprise then the mower inside was damaged - This was clearly the fault of the courier not Cheapmowers
I have nothing but praise for Cheapmowers who managed to get a replacement to me within less than 24 Hrs - Top marks for customer service - not to mention a great mower

I have given the product 4 stars because , great price , good quality, looks good , we'll packed , but one of the holes for the locking arm is welded up .So will have to grind a slot in it and paint it the same colour so does not rust away .

Excellent service from this company for the second time. Helpful and knowledgeable customer service assistants and a fast and efficient delivery of the mower I ordered. Delivered to the Inverness area by mid-day on Monday 8 March having been ordered mid afternoon on Friday 5 March.

Had a problem with a broken cover on a Tiller I'd purchased and Cheapmowers organised for a replacement to be sent out to me, which arrived really quickly.
Fantastic customer service and would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a earth auger said delivery would be made & then morning of delivery said they needed more information they said they would dispatch as soon as possible they then wait till the end of the day to cancel because the card address & delivery address were different
Small time time wasters

My chainsaw arrived within 36 hours of my placing the order. All was in order and it was in use within 40 hours of my order. The free extra 2 stroke oil and Chain oil was appreciated.
No problems after two days of use.
Excellent value for money. Remarkable delivery service considering the extant Corona virus problem.
