I ordered a mower that turned out to be out of stock so James contacted my quickly to offer me another product at a discount. I decided to accept the new machine, placed the order on the telephone, and it arrived the next day. It was unfortunate that that my first choice was unavailable but the excellent service and the substitution of a better machine more than made up for one extra day’s wait. We’ll done Cheapmowers

I bought the cheapest mower from these guys; a Flymo 300 for around £70. When I opened the sealed box, the bolts were missing. They offered to send the mower back and dispatch a new one at their cost (which would have meant they would have lost money!!!!!) We agreed they would ask Flymo to send the missing bolts which arrived the other day.
These guys are a) extremely honest and b) care about their customers.
I was extremely appreciative to Ang and she never once asked me to put positive feedback. These guys are the real deal and I both thank and highly recommend them to anyone.

A month ago my EGO chainsaw, bought from Cheapmowers in January 2020, after years of good hard work gave up the ghost. Cheapmowers immediately offered to replace it under guarantee with the latest, improved model, and have done so without quest or reluctance. Both in 2020 and this year they have given excellent friendly service (and they sell superb machinery). Their prices are also very competitive: they fully deserve their customers' support

First Time I have used this company and it was a high value order so was a bit nervous. But the only thing cheap about this company is the price everything else is of the highest standard from keeping you informed about deliveries. The customer service was excellent as I had to contact them about a missing item from my order which James informed me was on back order but they didn’t want to hold back the rest of the order. James had time for me and gave me some technical advise on the product I had bought he didn’t need to do that and it was much appreciated so I can highly recommend them and they will be my go to company for future purchases.

I bought a Webb lawn vac (the walk behind one) a couple of months ago from Cheapmowers. After using it several times it then would not start. There was fuel in the tank and I was sure it was lack of ignition. I emailed Cheapmowers and the next morning James phoned me. He suggested the cause of the problem and his diagnosis was correct. I had to clean the connection of the outlet hose to the machine so that it would engage properly and the micro switch was operated. (The switch prevents the engine starting when the bag is removed.) It then started as normal. Problem solved. Excellent service and excellent product knowledge. I see no reason to go anywhere else for garden machinery in future. Thank you James!

Ordered a ride on mower from mowersdirect.com had a bit of an issue with the payment page but managed to get it to process OK.

Had an email saying there was a problem and to call, I called and they were out of stock but had another model which was discounted.

They advised me on the advantages of the new mower, I upgraded and they sent it very promptly.

It came fully assembled and tested with the mulching kit fitted. Great service looks like a great mower, looking forward to testing it in the spring.

I purchased a Handy Towed Garden Roller at a good price. Package arrived and in good condition, unfortunately the large drum inside had a considerable indentation. I hate the hassle of returning goods and know the extent many companies go to prevent easy contact. However I tried an email and next morning I had an apology from James and immediate arrangement for a replacement. That arrived and was in perfect condition and I am very pleased with the quality. Because the Courier had faulted on picking up the return I had several communications with James and became very impressed with their efficiency and genuine importance to giving the best possible service. Certainly a company I would prioritise when ordering more equipment in the future especially with their competitive pricing.

I was very impressed with their level of service and communication. The wrong item was delivered, although this was the dispatch companies fault, so I called Cheapmowers and they arranged for the item to be exchanged the next day. Happy customer.

Customer service was excellent. I bought a lawn king carry ( wheelbarrow with engine) online only to receive a full refund the next day. Due to not being able to post to Northern Ireland. But after 1 phone call about the problem . The fella went out of his way and got me sorted with a distributor here in northern ireland . He didn't have too. Normally people don't care . But he did. Personaly I cannot fault the service I have recieved from this company, quick delivery, problem dealt with speed and efficiency, symperthetic, understanding, helpfull, polite.
Many companies that I have dealt with could learn a lot from Cheapmowers.

Have received excellent technical support from James and Richard in diagnosing starting problems with a WEB 410SP. Lots of really helpful suggestions around confirming fuel delivery, spark, air filter, slack in the OPC cable etc. and when the mower stubbornly refused to start they had absolutely no quibble about replacing the mower. They arranged pickup and delivery in less than 48hrs and the replacement mower fired-up first pull. Could not be more pleased with the excellent technical support and customer service.

As always extremely helpful and honest advice regarding my Lawnflight Smart RC125 (e.g. mentioning that I cannot collect grass and tow at the same time instead of just selling me something else).

Good customer service is a rare commodity these days...

The Joy was it arrived next day , I attached the handles & charged the batteries and hay presto away I went

This company is brilliant, got a great new mower Oleo Mac allroad plus 4 self propelled lawn mower, it is a great mower at a great price, very quick delivery, and great people to deal with, thank you very much.

When it transpired that the mower I ordered originally was out of stock with the suppliers, James from Cheapmowers rang me personally to offer an alternative mower. A slight upgrade in fact, for the same price. This was duly despatched and arrived, first thing the next morning.
