Horrible customer service I called three times and then spoke to Ms Nancy today on July 5 and she gave me the general phone number to call and instead of helping me her colleague hung up on me when I said Jesus
am busy too. I . I do not appreciate your actions but I am a person that has a conscience so out of respect have informed you. I finally had a chance to open my mail been busy with personal matters, I found out recently I received a statement from my ex bank Bank of Hawaii that I used as a visa/debit card that my transactions from 6/21/24 have been revoked. I called because I addressed this to the Royal Hawaii. hotel manager and security guard on duty on 7/4/24 around 8 am HST about this the security guard implied that there was nothing I can do and basically to leave the premises. I noticed security guards nearby where I was walking afterwards. Please let me know my outstanding balance and will make it up when my finances are in order. (808) 367-9398

I will cancel my payment to anglian water and when they contact me to say why have I cancelled my regular payment I will tell them that you are lying on my credit report about missed payments.
What a simple thing to solve and you failed

Well I already reviewed Experian and Equifax but it has become all too clear to me that all 3 of these companies are putting random bogus accounts on people's credit reports with derogatory remarks. I have also found out that companies purchase people's information online stick their information on an unpaid bill then place it with these credit agencies for them to place it on people's credit reports. Then when you try to dispute it they fight tooth and nail to protect the company that did this by claiming it's valid but won't tell you how they validated it. They have already done this crap to me with a company called CKS prime investments in the amount of $737.00 in which I have disputed this years ago. Even though this is supposed to fall off in time they make sure it stays on there by updating it again and again. All 3 of them are doing this and it's crooked as h*ll. All 3 of these shady companies should be shut down permanently for this. It's crap like this that makes good people look bad. As for trans union and the other 2, don't bother with the automated canned messages. Instead why don't you live a better life and stop treating people like this. Too many people are trying hard to keep their credit in good shape only to be dragged in the mud from crooked operations like this. And while your at it stop making it so hard for people to talk to an actual person and you need to have people that can speak english well enough that everyone can understand.
