Bought an L shaped bath along with optioned panels and shower screen. The bathroom installer had installed the bath before he unpacked the shower screen. It had a dent in the polished hinged upright and more alarmingly the pre assembled glass was bowed. The fitter refused to fit the screen for safety reasons. Cheeky Bathrooms refused to repair or replace and only offered an at cost replacement. I perused the claim through PayPal and they offered a full refund, but only if I removed the bath and sent everything back. Do not deal with this company at any cost.
