Ordered a wc pan
Ordered a wc pan, cistern and seat which arrived within 3 working days as promised !unfortunately the wc pan was smashed !I informed them immediately and at there request sent photos! I recieved a reply within 5 minutes and a perfect replacement in 3 days superb service no complaints from me these problems can happen to any company at any time !!its how that company deals with the problem which defines them !!! Full Mark's on this occasion well done ! Credit where credits due !!

Easy to navigate website with a ton of bathroom products, used these guys around 8 times now and only once had a issue with led mirror but no hassles no drama, sent it back and they sent another out
Wish all bathroom companys were like these guys and 100% would suggest to get products from here

Worst experience ever !
Worst experience ever !! Purchased a bath from them on eBay.
For some reason when I completed the purchase I looked at the reviews which I never do.
Looking at the reviews from others I new I made a mistake, but thought I’ll give them a try.
Firstly I payed for 24/48 hour delivery for them to tell me they don’t deliver on a Saturday!!
4 days later the bath come. With no feet.!!
Very difficult to contact and didn’t really want to know.
After email after a email they sent me the feet but while unpacking the bath the Bath was damaged also.
If it wasn’t for eBay not sure where I’d be got a full refund.

Hard to deal with…
Order arrived broken due to courier and after about 10 phone calls and 30 emails I finally got replacements sent out. Late. Difficult to contact by phone, good on email but stalling, asking if I want to buy broken basin unit for 20% off and then 50% off! Well priced but not backed up with their customer service. I believe they also trade under Speedy Bathrooms.

MORE LIKE LEAKY BATHROOMS
Even one star is too many. Apparently the basin we ordered was damaged whilst being loaded for delivery. Two months later we are still no closer to getting the goods. Dreadfully unhelpful and impersonal customer service. They don’t sign their emails with a name and I don’t blame them. It must be excruciatingly embarrassing to work for this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

One star is a push - do not use
One star is a push as it wouldn't let me leave a zero rating! Do not order from this company. I have placed two orders for shower panels - both received an email the day before delivery saying the courier has damaged my order, it wouldn't be coming. A funny coincidence - two separate orders for different panels and they both get damaged? After reading other reviews, I see this is a regular excuse from this company. Was refunded, but very poor customer service - obviously don't mind losing business and receiving bad feedback. Just wish I'd read the reviews first - just Google Cheeky Bathrooms reviews and you'll see for yourself
