Just a joke . All the comments seem to be pretty similar. I've deposited a few times on here and not won anything. You might as well just give them your money without expecting anything back . Its disgusting the way you are ripping people off and people will get sick of it . Your format is the same as ladbrokes and they are getting worse . The reviews on their too are shocking. Cheeky bingo lives up to its name and won't be getting another penny from me and neither will ladbrokes if things don't change in the near future

Had the nerve to stop me from playing freebies on their site so I wasted no time in closing my account with them. You will no longer get my custom. Very disappointing treatment.

I've used Checky Bingo for a long time now
I withdraw £400 today and 1hour later I received a email which they were telling me that I asked to close my account!
I didn't do anything such this!
They send me £150 as this was my deposit !
I've asked one of the person trough the chat and she told me!
Sorry but if you would loose £400 we would give £400 but since you are in plus with us we can't give you the rest of £400!

I use 15+ casino’s regularly and probably login to another 15 daily to make use of free offers - never have I played a worst casino than this to be honest. I’ve just deleted the app and will never deposit / play here again. Not even for the freebies (I never turn down an offer to recoup losses)

Firstly I’ve never won anything significant here, I struggle to even recall a single 50x or higher and generally have never enjoyed playing here nor have I ever felt confident or lucky during.

The freebies may offer 5 free spins and 0.50p cash more regularly than others but it pays way worst than others, 0.05p if your lucky

I even had a friend setup an account who doesn’t regularly gamble and he had the exact same over numerous deposits

Been a member for years. Over the last couple of years it’s awful. Promotions don’t load. Never win anyway on them. And haven’t won for ages. Like ages. Can play 50 quid and don’t even win a few pence. Other sites are much better. Don’t expect to win all the time at all but to top up fifty quid and not win once of any amount is seriously boring. Don’t bother. Used to play for fun but now you may as well give your money away as it’s top up spin and loose without even getting a quid win during play. Bingo is the same people winning over and over. In several years I think I’ve won about six times on bingo and then it’s usually several winners on a line or two line so you win pennies. It’s obviously gambling but it’s got so boring there is literally no point. Also the good games have gone. Look at other sites, friends used to play and have recommended other sites that I enjoy more and also they pay out within 2 hours or immediately.

I've been on cheeky for yrs & the slots are a joke. £25 on one slot & not one free spin so deposited £25 the next day & not a single free spin again. I think all the bingo sites in the last 7 or 8 yrs since they've all linked up have turned the payout settings down so low they don't pay out anything anymore. All they do is take now without giving anything back!

Someone has registered with my telephone - they are refusing to delete that number from their system and keep sending me text messages which I have not asked for or requested . Customer service is a joke as is their complaints team.

They returned my deposits of £283,after they locked me out of account when I had a withdrawel of £1150 pending and £1032 in account.By going by reviews I probably was lucky to even get my deposits back,be definitely checking reviews before I join a site next time.

Absolute sham of a company.

I have had an account for many years. I tried to withdraw money last month and contacted chat when it stated I couldn't only to find out of the blue that my account has been closed! no reason and no email. They will now not give me my money offering no explanation as to why, instead hiding behind T&Cs which don't make sense. I have asked to go through their complaints procedure only to be ignored at every attempt. IBAS will be in contact with you.

Speaking to someone on the live chats is useless all they say is we’re doing more checks
But the accounts already verified
There basically just taken your money with out you even getting to play

Still waiting on Cheeky bingo to sort out my account. Have been waiting ffrom 10th November having sent all relevant details to customer support, I just keep going round in circles with them. They did give me a £50 credit to my account to play on games but I still cannot withdraw any funds back into my bank account they just keep getting reversed back into bingo account. It,s getting beyond a joke now, this has been going on since August and I was assured then it would be fixed. They keep saying ty for your patience, well my patience is all ran out it,s not good enough.

Offers do not exist when you log in. Who ever owns this site needs to employ some competent staff as at the moment you get sent emails that encourage you to log in with free spins ect but when you do log in all you get is frustration as you discover the emails are just lies/false advertising. Also offers dissapear as you navigate the site, on logging in for my free spins fake email offer I am presented with a good deposit offer that I wanted, but first I tried to get the email offer that did not exist to then find the deposit offer that popped up on login has gone completely...It is as if the staff who run this site do there best to annoy you...I took my money to William Hill`s hassle free site instead.

Been a valued member of cheeky bingo using the same account for the past 10 maybe 15 years. Yesterday I deposited £10 and won £74 so I withdrew it only to be told its being held until I can prove my identity with photo documentation which I do not have, I've sent utility bills and provided them picture proof of the card registered to the account and all have been rejected. They told me that my deposits and withdrawals will not be accepted until the verification has taken place yet they let me deposit with 0 issues but now I want my winnings I'm not aloud? An absolute disgrace. There was none of this all them years ago when I first registered all it required was a bank card!! I've sent in everything I can as proof and still being declined MY MONEY?! You should be ashamed letting people deposit with no issues and then causing all sorts of drama when they try take there winnings!

excellent service,I joined and made a deposit, i then had a decent win and made a withdrawal request,I then recieved an email to say my payment method didn't match my name so I checked and realised I'd made the mistake of using my partners card to make the deposit,I explained this to customer service fully expecting them to void the money but to my surprise they put the money back into my account and let me withdraw to my right card,the majority of gambling sites would have voided my winnings for using the wrong card but you let me have it,so thank you

Terrible company. Scammers. Took over £1000 out of my sons account. Must have fraudulent members of staff that steal customers bank details.

Terrible for glitches and freezing or chucking you out of seeing games play out and their customers services people couldn’t care less. Don’t bother because this site isn’t fun at all.
