My complaint is the same as
All the others. I really wanted to trust them due to the fake review they have on there advert with a picture of trust pilot with 4.9 review status, now when I look for myself today it’s not even close to 4.9 stars it’s lucky if it’s 2 at that, that’s misleading. Anyways I wanted to play and trust them so when I got paid I did, I played a few hundred, totally affordable for me, I put it on £1 play and auto spun 100 spins and left it to play for 10mims. When I go back it had given me 1 win £1 same went fir the rest now the odds of winning are 97.5% how is that a genuine odds when it doesn’t pay out and also it’s not a game of chance when you don’t stick to the rules and pay out what you say it’s a game of Thieves. Shame on you cheeky bingo, you have lost my trust in Ladbrokes coral foxy and all the others all and I’ve been a Ladbrokes customer for about 10-15 years and I’ve never had this with them before. We’re obviously all paying fir these freebie bingos and big bonuses that’s why no ones winning

I received A email giving me five free spins on starburst on my last two spins I hit the jackpot on the subsequent bonus Spin I hit two rows of rainbows and gold bars guess what the game froze and no matter what I could not play the game on any of my devices but I could play starburst on a different account and I have video evidence but now the time for me to claim is over I can’t claim crooks

Cheeky bingo seem to be a joke you talk to customer services tell them your problem and I was banned for six months for telling the truth very unfair I think it is they don't want to know about their technical problems when the game is being interuped with their technical issues and the player has lost their money sad no wonder it is called Cheeky bingo because they are Cheeky I would not recommend this site to noone

There was this promotion “Play Egyptian theme slots and get Pot Share bonus”, guaranteed cash from the shared pot. I opted-in and took a screenshot clearly showing ‘Opted-in”, just in case as there was an issue before. I played the required amount on a few eligible slots. No cash was awarded on the expected date (somewhat I knew it wouldn’t), I was glad I had taken the screenshot so that I can query to their support team. Their initial response was a classic "You did not opt-in" despite of the screenshot I sent them. To cut short, after further correspondences they still refused to honour the cash award because they “have run out of their resources”. What a joke.

I made a withdrawal yesterday and was guaranteed by one of their employees that I would receive it by the end of the day. Not only did this not happen but when I spoke to another of their employees, they would not listen instead they quoted the same thing over and over again without even an apology. They also went on to basically call me a liar and claim my bank account does not accept faster payments which it does, as I get them all the time. But just to be sure i checked with the Bank and indeed they confirmed all my accounts have faster payments enabled. Again, was told by cheeky bingo that I do not. Their customer service was terrible and they just quote things back at you, the only apology I got was speaking to my fourth person.

Terrible site, dont waste your money,no winnings at all

I played the 5 line bingo. I noticed after the 3 lines had been won, my ticket was telling me how many I needed for the full house...no 4 line prize, which I would have won. This happened numerous times, basically robbing me of my winnings. I complained and was told to send the game number and other information that I wouldnt know..total rip off.

Joined as I was directed to the site by gala bingo it's sister site good selection of games and they have the games I play. I played a couple of hours and came off £50 up. I haven't given it 4 stars as yet as I am waiting to see how the withdrawal time and process goes. However this seems like a good site, loads of games and promotions too. I will play again

Really sly with their promotions, you will only gain them if you store your card details with them when you deposit money and you cant use paypal, they make it difficult for you to meet the terms and conditions by how they lay out their website, for example asking you to deposit before giving you a chance to read terms and conditions and then putting paypal as first payment option knowing all promotions who me met if you pay those way . Customer service is rubbish. I dont trust the site and cancelled my account straight away.

The most stupid terms and conditions for bonuses, you can only have it if you pay by debit card and no other way, don’t bother waste of time and effort. Customer services as slow as a dead slug.

Absolute con and the biggest scam ever, spend £10 and they give you £40 bingo bonus but the games are dire and very low payouts so you are never going to meet the 4 x wagering.
I actually won 3 times on the 5 line games but never got paid out and when I complained on live chat they just logged out and left me hanging there.

Been on cheeky bingo since it started, used to win occasionally! But when they were taken over I won £75 many times in Elite Bingo.(free) then Corona virus hit and for some reason I was no longer VIP I could no longer play in Elite bingo room! And I've put thousands on this site over the last 10yrs! The cash back is disgraceful! Shame on you Cheeky bingo I've been a bloody good customer and you take away my access becouse I kept winning in the Elite room, I will be deleting my account over the next few months if they dont reward me with some decent wins! Playing in a room with 2000 just to win between £1-£4 absolutely disgusting.
