Has a problem with their website, but the online chat sorted it then and there and processed the order straight away outside office hours. Brilliant customer service.

Unresponsive, unreliable, and disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not purchase anything from Cheeky Rascals or their stockists in the U.K. We purchased a pram from them has fallen over twice with children in it and they think it happens all the time. This was the same issue with the first pram and the replacement pram with the wheel coming off. They are totally not bothered about their customers after taking their money. Luckily we have got in touch with Trading Standard who my case is with at the moment. We bought our pram from the stockist Nursery Goods Direct based in Lancashire. The manager from here shouted abuse down the phone and stated what did he want me to do if the pram went over it happens all the time! I strongly recommend anyone dealing with this company to get in touch with Trading Standards if they have issues because they just don’t care. I have corrected my review above about who are the stockist and distributors. I have now contacted Trading Standards who have advised me the next step is to take the stockist to Courts as I have not heard anything from them. The distributors have contacting me stating if they could have the pram back they will do a report but trading standards have advised me as I gave my money to the stockists I need to be dealing with them and as they have not replied to my last email, not to return the pram to the stockist but to take them to court. I really wished this could have been resolved and not caused me so much stress but we have no choice but to go down this route. The distributor Cheeky Rascals has called me today but they are making excuses for their stockist which is quite irresponsible as a distributor.

First time using cheeky rascals and would definitely recommend to others. They were very helpful in dealing with my order and was patient with my difficulties finding a local collect plus service. They were even nice enough to help me find ones that were working in my area. They were supportive and polite every time I contacted them via calls or email. Good customer service and brilliant items to purchase. I’m a happy customer 👌🏾

Received a faulty Baby Brezza unit and they will not send a replacement part as I live in Iceland. They did however offer me to purchase a replacement part.

Update: received a replacement, everything is good :)

I had ordered for a Korbell Nappy Bin and they sent me saddle for buggy.When I called them up they said they need to first collect it and then check it and then order for a new one which would take more than 5 days.Normally in these circumstances the retailer immediately sends out a replacement and collects it later..Not these guys...

Purchased a baby change bag. Great service, product arrived when it was promised and quickly too. Only issue is part of the product -the insulated bottle warmer/carrier fell apart first time I used it, which for such a pricey product was disappointing. Not yet had time to make a complaint /ask for replacement with a new born baby so can't comment on how they deal with that situation.

Bought a Korbell bin for ostomy bags and it is very successful. Odour free and easy to use.
