After holiday was booked additional costs arose including bags and transfers.
At the end of our holiday the bus transfer driver told us we weren't on his list. We showed him the transfer paperwork and he still wouldn't let us on the bus. We had to get a taxi and just made the flight. We were told to get the taxi and we would get a refund. We are still awaiting a decision on the refund.

Terrible!! Change the price from what's advised and basically threaten you into paying immediately or go on and on about the price going up! Very rude staff!!

AVOID AT Alllllll COSTS!
They take your deposit & then add extra cost. Do not use!!
I have also tried to supply extra information and it says, I already have. I have not supplied any extra information.

Clicked on the Facebook link that popped up and followed that link to their website. Entered a few details such as destination, travellers, duration etc. The price that came up looked fine so contacted them and booked it. Once we had paid found out transfers were not included, which for 4 adults and 2 kids was quite sizeable. When added to the holiday price plus the commission they take and looking about afterwards the holiday was no better value than had I used a major travel agent. In fact I found it cheaper to the same hotel a bit later. Be aware of hidden charges that I mention before you commit. In hindsight I wish I had spent a bit more time shopping about as I could have found a better price just by entering the hotel name directly into Google. Bit annoyed at myself as I'm usually on the ball but was rushing this time.

I would love to give it zero stars! Dealt with a guy called Karan. Promised us upgraded rooms, this was not provided, having 2 young children no family room was provided as discussed. Failed to give us our own telephone recordings to hear what was agreed, but they select which recordings to hear instead. Do not go anywhere near this company, first time we’ve used them and it will definitely be the last!
Threatened they would cancel the booking all together without a refund. Totally unprofessional. When I queried with the team no one actually resolved the issue. Stay away from this company at all cost!
They are saying investigations are ongoing and will get back to the lead passenger but nothing. We fly out in less than a week and no response or confirmation of anything. We got an email saying they will waive the £50 pp cancellation fee but have still charged us for it - complete joke of a company! Let’s see what Trading Standards do to rectify this issue as nothing will be resolved through them directly.

Awful company prices they quote are incorrect and then you get put through to a shambles of a company called holiday globe and they are the worst people to use ever,
Honestly avoid at all cost

Don't ever book with this company. Philip salt. Unbelievable. I booked and had confirmation of a penthouse for just me and a hot tub in casamaia. All inclusive!! He sent me to a closed hotel!! I paid for the well being spa, jacuzzi in door pools ream room which was all CLOSED. No reception, no bar, no restaurant!! 2 vending machines!! Unbelievable. Put me in danger! I have the backing of the 'sister hotels manager! Ripped me off! Even knowing I was going as I was grieving and needed a break. I've complained and they don't give a shit. So next step a solicitor. I don't want anyone never mind a single female to go through that. Got ALL THE PHOTOS and confirmations I need. I did book through cheeky trips found on fb

strongly urge everyone to avoid booking with this company. They demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism, ethical business practices, and basic customer service.
The problems began when they made representations to secure our booking, which they have since failed to honor. After a clear case of mis-selling, their communication has become obstructive and misleading.
Key Issues:
Non-Responsiveness: I have been sending a minimum of two emails daily for weeks with virtually no reply.
Evasive Phone Service: When I call, I am repeatedly told that only the original booking agent can handle my query, only to be informed later (after weeks of trying) that he is not allowed to deal with enquiries and only "Admin" can.
The "Admin" Myth: Every subsequent call results in the same line: "Admin is unavailable but will call back in 30 minutes." This callback never happens and has been used repeatedly multiple times a day for nearly three weeks.
Unprofessional Staff: I have encountered rude staff who frequently talk over me and appear to make up names during the call, suggesting a call center environment that is deliberately misleading customers.
This is a trip for my mother's 70th birthday getaway involving ten people. Over the past couple of months, this company has caused immense heartache and frustration instead of providing a celebratory service.
A company that treats its customers this way and resorts to such deception should not be allowed to trade. Please spend your money elsewhere to save your time, sanity, and mental health. You have been warned.
UPDATE I HAVE STILL NOT HAD A RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION FROM ANY OF THE AFFILIATED FAKE COMPANIES INCLUDING CHEEKY TRIP! HOW HAVE YOU RESPONDED TO A MESSAGE FROM 3 HOURS AGO AND NOT MY MESSAGE THATS WAS SENT 3 DAYS AGO! NOR HAVE YOU TRIED RESOLVING ANYTHING. I THINK YOU OWN ALL THESE LITTLE COMPANIES AND YOU PUSH THE BLAME FROM ONE COMPANY NAME TO ANOTHER! YOUR NOT RUINING MY MOTHER 70TH BIRTHDAY TRIP. WE ARE NOT PROCEEDING WITH YOUR COMPANY OR THE ONE AFFILIATED TO YOU. TRADING STANDARDS NEEDS TO SHUT YOU DOWN!
UPDATE 2: 17.10.2025 WE ARE 5 DAYS AWAY FROM OUR HOLIDAY AND STILL NO CONTACT. HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED ALL COMPANIES INCLUDING CHEEKYTRIP. NO RESPONSE

Rubbish prices are not what are advertised book elsewhere can get alot cheaper.
When I was booking I asked for a poolside side view room they told me it was £798 then took £989 out of my account. Said I wasnt happy but couldn't refund as gone through and I have been booked an economy room with no view. Dont use these at all

We looked on cheeky trips and found a holiday at what was supposed to be a 4 star hotel in Turkey everything included and all inclusive £255 each 4 people sounded great. So i make the call to book the trip during the booking process i was given a price of £1200 payment was made then i was told the rooms where not available and we would be required to pay a extra £200 each and i was told it was because the payment was slow coming through due to security checks on my end but it looks like they pull this trick on everyone who books. I was told the payment i was made was non refundable and i could either pay the extra or sort out the accommodation separately from my flights. The hotel certainly wasnt 4 star and the all inclusive was crap

Really should be zero, cheekytrip since you are a comparison site and we got directed to blue sky holidays from there, i would suggest you do not associate with these scam companies asap!! Yesterday we tried to book a family holiday, we chatted online, received a total price, they seemed professional, giving us the atol no! So we agreed to go ahead! He asked all our names for the airline ect, then sent an email from global holidays with an extra £500 on the grand total!! It seems we hadnt paid for the hotel, and needed to phone up and pay separately ! At this point i went in the cc app and froze my card!! He then tried to say he told us that he had told us prior to booking! However my daughter was on a 3 way chat and had recorded the conversation! He then sent another email to help us! Still more money and different dates that we couldnt do!! So luckily they didnt get any money, he must have tried and my bank declined the transaction lol! So be warned people if you end up on a live chat with and indian speaking person you might be being scammed!!! They have lots of companies!!

Be careful who you use from your search from cheeky trips. They forwarded me onto sky blue holidays who proceeded to quote me 8599 for a holiday to Egypt. They took 6k deposit from me, 10 minutes later told me the holiday when up to 11k. So now I have no holiday, no flights, no refund! What a scam, all from being forwarded from cheeky trips

Although Cheekytrip is only a broker, or holiday comparison company. They continue to use Holiday Globe . This company are Scammers. They took my deposit and then tried adding £180 in admin fees to my bill. When i complained about this they said they would give me a £150 voucher off my next holiday which they never did. I asked for a refund immediately to which they replied that it wasn’t possible. I had to cancel my bank card and try to get a refund through my bank.

Spoke to a man called Sam. I have also wrote a complaint. He screamed abuse down the phone to me because I found a better price else where for a holiday. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!! Utter scam artists !!!!!
