The reference number I was given is: FH10776
I booked and paid for a holiday as it was advertised. Within 20 mins I was bombarded with recurrent phone calls from Customer Service. Apparently, the room I had already paid for was no longer available, and I would have to pay an additional £80 for an upgrade to a room with a balcony(that I didn't want). After a very heated conversation I felt I didn't have any choice; I was told I would receive a phone call from admin to process the additional payment. I noticed that the final total was much higher than it should be and asked about the additional charges for admin fees. I was assured I would only have to pay for the 'unwanted' room upgrade.
When I phoned back the following day the 'admin fees' had been added to the total which meant I had to pay another £180.
I could have got the very same deal with 'On The Beach' for £571. 00 instead of £751.00.
LESSON: ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. If it's sounds or looks too good to be true, it is. Stay well away from them , and similar wolves in sheep's clothing.
UPDATE: Cheekytrips want me to validate my review with trustpilot so they can better understand the issue...the cheek! 😮. Excuse the pun.
We have since cancelled the flight with easy jet and reported it to our bank who have agreed, it is fraud, and the company is already red flagged on their system, due to a multitude of similar issues. The bank informed us that the company is known to take money with the card details after the holiday has been paid for. Fortunately our bank is crediting our account back in full.

If it was Zero, I would have given them zero.
Absolutely shocking experience,
Booked holiday with this company to Spain, had to pay additional fees at airport for check in as they didn’t check me in despite me phoning them several times a day asking for boarding passes. Asked for hotel near to airport for transport reason and was told several times, there will be shuttle bus which cost about 20 euros . I asked agent a few times if he is sure as I arrived before midnight. He told me that airport never sleeps. But when I arrived there was no holiday desk open no shuttle bus, nothing at all and I had to pay 100 euros for taxi. No refund for tickets offered and if I didn’t urge them with return flight, would have the same issue
Absolutely horrible experience.
The agents didn’t seem to have a clue what they’re doing. Completely useless and incompetent agent.

We had seen a holiday on cheeky trip, called the company holiday globe who started the booking process, he booked the flights & then halfway through the booking he came back on the phone & told us our room had now been taken by someone else, he then told us it was a further £109 per person for the next room that was supposed to be bigger, well if it is bigger I would like to see the smaller room. Also on our booking it states a standard room. Please be aware of these con artists who will destroy your family holiday for the sake of a few hundred pounds extra. The hotel is dated & in need of desperate repairs.

Horrible company, I booked through them once never again, paid the price advertised then they started throwing additional charges on and then saying they’re fully booked after 5 minutes trying to make me buy the more expensive holiday, I had to stick to my guns and argue with them if they couldn’t give me what they quoted then refund. Won’t ever book through them again.

Avoid this scamming company, take payment then say it’s fully booked, refuse to give you a refund and your made to pay more for another hotel in the area.i complained and completely ignored after a few emails back and forth, got full refund through my bank.
This cheeky trip passes you over to holidayglobe who are the biggest scam site ever,I really don’t know how they get away with it

Nightmare company. My daughter booked a holiday which was advertised and paid extra for a few things (transfers etc) which was fine. Paid £1490 for 4 nights. Note this was short notice holiday (3 days before ). They also phoned and changed flights as they said could not get the child on the return flight which was fair enough as its school hols. Next day still hadn't got documents to check in so rang them and they wanted an extra £88 each (x 3 for 3 people going - 2 adults one child) and said if she cancelled would be £300 minimum but they had already took £1500 and it could be more as its short notice. As we had little option ended up paying the extra.
Absolute rubbish company - AVOID.
When you read reviews it seems they do this often.

honestly don't bother, a 1 star is way too good, they took payment for flights then couldn't supply the hotel as advertised, then refused to refund the flight money, save your money/ AVOID 100% never again, what a terrible service

Reply from Cheekytrip
We did think the price was to good to be true!!
They wanted to add an extra £88, for a different flight, but is was the flight that was quoted on original booking.
Kept going on about how prices are not 100% correct.
Which to me is false advertising.
Finally got put through to cancellation dept.
They wanted to charge £200 cancellation fee!!
You're having a laugh! 😂
The original cost was only £288 pp.
So got onto my bank, stopped any payments going through, ordered new bank card.
Don't try and rip me off!!

If I could give lower than 1 I would. Extremely rude rip off merchants. Tried to book a £300 holiday for 4 which they then raised to £360 each which I accepted and agreed to as they stated prices were subject to change. They took my card details and then raised the price by another £100 each. I did not agree this and tried to cancel. They then became very rude and tried to charge £300 cancellation fee. I refused this and they accused me of ripping them off as it wasn’t their fault the price had raised by 50% more than the advertised price! But they did at least they would give a full refund after and hour of arguing with me. However next day still advertising the same holiday at £300 knowing it was nearer £500. Complete false advertisement and rip off.

We were sceptical about booking through an unknown advert, but everything was spot on, from flights, baggage, transfer & hotel. The price was absolutely brilliant. Will be using cheekytrip for all our holidays now

I understand bags and transfers are additional, but this was just the flights and hotel.

What a 2 bob company, Wanted to go abroad to Greece, agent on phone sounded great and knowledgeable only to have found out he had gave false information and false pictures of accommodation. Took an amount from debit card that wasn't agreed and am now trying to get all funds back due to false advertising and information. Have been in contact with bank who are currently getting a full refund issued by this bogus company. Do not go with this company as they add on extras that are not even there to be added on . Also go by the company name Cosmic Holidays.

Do I have something to add I was asked.
Yes, for the company to take responsibility for their dishonesty. To take the full payment for my holiday (£1198) with no mention of Administration or surplus charges, non!
Then under the pretence of passinge me onto a supervisor to spell check my details, as it cost their company money if even one letter is wrong I was told, his name was Payton.
I was passed to Joy the supervisor. There was no asking for my details to the check spelling, he went straight into telling me of the admission fees of £139 each. I objected saying I wasn't told of extras other than luggage and transfers. Joy offered alternatives, costing, the holiday price, and administration fee. He was asking for the same payment in the long run.
My only option Joy told me during many conversations with him is,
I could pay a now discounted admiration fee, or cancel the holiday.
I had said many time to Joy, it wasn't the money, it was the sneaky way his company passes customers on for a 'spell check' then to be told either pay or cancel.
I cancelled.
This complaint isn't just for me, it's to do with how
many people pay this undisclosed administration fee in panic after fully paying for their holiday and then told, cancel or pay.
Their practice is misleading, totally dishonest and surely criminal.
As I said in my previous email, to check their policies my sister phoned their sister company. 'Phil' spoke to her. My sister asked point blank were there any extra costs with this holiday besides luggage and transfer. No extra charges she was told more than once. She said she would get back to him ASAP after checking with the other traveller. He was insistent on when she would call back.
I later had a rude call from, I think, Phil telling me to stop wasting their time.
An awful experience, and... I so wanted to go on this holiday.

Holiday globe a booking agent of cheeky trips are absolutely awful, they refuse to correct stuff holiday globe who cheeky trips allow to use their website, they are constantly rude on the phone and cheeky trips should take action to remove them off their website. Holiday globe refuse SAR (subject access requests) and do not comply with gdpr as set out by the information commissioners office guildlines. Had to raise a charge back request to get 55% of holiday cost back due to poor accommodation they booked. Will not use cheeky trips or holiday globe again! Loads of hidden costs they put on too they show prices without extras that u need!

Hotel Houria Palace sold as 4 star got there I would class no stars. Reception staff are rude for example when asked for extra hangers for my room was tol “go ask a woman” when complaining about my room was told “this is cheap hotel what do you expect”
There are 3 pools one was closed, the second as an AI customer had to pay to use it! Only 1 pool to use if you go AI.
Much the same as the bars. 3 however as AI could only use one without paying extra.
The music was so loud in my room I could not sleep until 2am, after 3 times of asking to move rooms with reception staff saying no spare room I was forced to sleep in reception when they suddenly found a spare room on the side of the hotel without the noise.
A bar staff followed a lady into the female toilet and touch her inappropriately and on another occasion a staff member hugged and kissed even though I told him to leave me alone.
There was blood on my pillow case so slept without a pillow case another English saw the blood when I showed her.
The food was so bad!
THIS HOTEL IS NOT 4STAR OR ALL INCLUSIVE THE COMPANY SHOULD NOT SEND ANYONE THERE. THE TIME I SPENT WAS MORE LIKE A TOTURE CAMP RATHER THSN A HOTEL. THE COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF DO NOT USE THEM.
On the receipt it says Holiday Globe.co.uk it was your company that gave my information to them
So I still put the horrible holiday to your fault

What we thought was an absolute bargain holiday has turned out to be a disaster and dredding going but by the time we were made aware of hidden costs and that although we were told we had a room upgrade when contacting the hotel we are in an old part of the building without a balcony as this is what’s been requested for us. Leave on 23 July to Agadir Morocco. Cheeky trip trick you then transfer you to a company called travel treck who appear even worse and but the time it’s too late to change your mind your paying 400 pp and not the £190 as advertised!
