Holiday refund

We have just re arranged our holiday with Glenn from Cheers2sun he has listened to what we requested and been so patience all I can say he has been amazing. We are so looking forward to our holiday in Lanzarote thanks to Glenn.

Glenn is a thoughtful & efficient Agent. He was very patient & found a Xmas get away to suit my family. Excellent value and we will use this company for ever now! I will share his details with my friends & family because of his great service.

Still no money back

Still no money back
Another phone call to this company and still refusing to give me my flight money back is there anyone else who has not got there money back if so would you write a review to stop this happening to others do not book with this company they are cowboys take your money but won't return it this holiday was cancelled in April now in July DON'T BOOK WITH THESE

wow just had a really happy phone call…

wow just had a really happy phone call from your worker named Gleen Maxwell he has got me the holiday i wanted and more for me I would want everyone to know cheers2son all the staff are so patient kind and will get you what you want at the lowest cost for us aswell as that they do phone you back when they say they will

Novice holiday maker

Not a traveller but rang cheerstosun last January after search for holidays. Nelson helped me through the booking process and was polite, courteous and oh so patient! Holiday was amazing, so much so, we returned to the same place in November, taking adult kids with us. Only snag - TC went bust a few weeks before. Glenn came to the rescue and assured me we would still be going regardless and was true to his word. Just booked for October with Glenn who continues to be helpful, polite and cares about getting the right price for holidays.
Would recommend this company to anyone and have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with them - thank you Glenn

Don't trust GLEN we booked a holiday on…

Don't trust GLEN we booked a holiday on the 9/1/20 for 14nights when we got the e mail it's only 13 nights we rung him back on Friday to challenge him on this and just lied he said the holiday was booked in as14 nights for the flight not overnight stays no manager available to speak to until Monday let's see what is happens but I am not holding my breathe DON'T TRUST THEM

Guess what 3days have now passed getting the run around offered us £50 what a joke

Guess what still no resolution Vince is now looking into get a response every 2 or 3 days offered us £100.00 which we rejected at 1st now I can't be bothered with the stress of it all will update this review again soon just hope we get the holiday we are expecting and the £100.00 they have offered

Booked a holiday with this company.

Booked a holiday with this company, this I now deeply regret... Glen was the sales rep did this with. Spoke with Glen about changing hotel and date of the holiday. Wanted to change date to the 1st of April. This I did not think was unreasonable seeing am the customer and paying for the holiday which I booked for myself and child of 6.he informed me that to go on this date would be very expensive and cost £ 5000 pounds. This is doubted very much.spoke with another sales rep.. Mary. Was told by her the holiday I asked for was absolutely available. The price being £2204..some way off £5000 Glen had said would cost. Spoke with Glen in regards to this, said would ring back after had spoken with Mary. He did phone back and said that holiday was not available and I had been quoted for a totally different holiday for 8 nights and different date. Spoke to Mary and she said the same.. Both then have told an outright lie!next spoke to some one called Vince. He said that the flights on that day would be & 2000 per person and holiday would cost £ 5000.Again an out right lie! Spoke with company called plan my tour. A rival company which offers the same holidays at similar prices. Was quoted £1996 for the holiday. Some way off the price for this cowboy outfit. Very difficult to have any faith, trust or confidence in a travel company where 3 sales reps all lie to you. Will be sharing this review with every possible travel site I can... Frank walker.

Don't use them

This travel company is the worst agent I have ever used.
I booked a week away in July with my wife to celebrate our 5th anniversary.
I was a fool and paid up front for the entire holiday as I was convinced I would get a better deal by the agent from the call centre.

About a month after I booked the holiday I called to cancel it altogether as my operation date had come through for my back for June and I was advised by the hospital not to travel for at least 8 weeks. I had waited 1 years for my operation and couldn't cancel the date they had given and wait another year.

We decided that it would be easier if we cancelled the holiday instead.
When I called to cancel the holiday I was told that I will lose all my money if I cancelled. They had 4 months to sell the holiday to someone else. Instead they forced me to pay another £250 on top of the £500 I had already paid or lose my £500.
The agent told me nothig will change apart from the date and the extras I paid for will be the same.
After I changed the date and paid the extra £250 then he emailed me to say that all the extras won't be added.

They robbed me for this holiday.

People please try and use well know travel agents and not these third party companies that advertise through other agents website's.
They are nice as pie before they take your money and once they have it they are very nasty to you.

Desperately needed a holiday !

Desperately needed a holiday a colleague of mines said give them a call, So i did !!.Lovely friendly & extremely helpful ROBIN RAJ took over & booked us a fantastic holiday. He always gave me his direct line, there open till 11pm ! Our holiday is in 5 days time i still call him & he helps me with all queries. Fantastic package ,easier to talk to them. I recommend to all my friends, colleagues & family. Honestly call them & book with them. Im packing ! Can't wait for my holiday. Thank u very much Robin Raj 😊

cheers2sun where do i start its been a nightmare the last week since thomas cook went out of business i thought that a will lose my money but for 2 men with cheers2sun they have helped my to sort a alternative flight and accommodation i thank you 2 for everything you have done for me and my family i got cancer and i just add 6 lots of chemotherapy and now i can look forward to my holiday thank you very very much to eric scott and mark at cheers2sun and wish all the staff all the best i bet its been a stressful week for all of you thanks to thomas cook or thomas crook

I found Cheers to Sun by accident

I found Cheers to Sun by accident. I was a bit worried by some of the reviews. But really pleased I did. We returned yesterday from a holiday to Phuket. Everything went extremely well and run smoothly. I would definitely recommend using this company and I will use again.

Highy Recommend this Company

After a bad start with the company trying to charge our credit card twice and the bank stopping our card saying this was a fraudulant transaction. I was very worried due to the feedback on this website however after my own investigations into the company etc and liaising with mark wright and the manager I was given my booking reference etc with Thomas Cook.

We have just returned from Cuba (cayo cocos) 14 Nights all inclusive 5* iberostar hotel and i have to say it was fantastic!!

After the initial confusion which was resolved I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I would definitely use them again -They were true to there word.

When you book a holiday

When you book a holiday - check that there may be a charge on the plane to sit together!!
The agent will not tell you - apparently the onus is on the passenger to ask!!
Once bitten twice shy!!!
Shall I use you again? maybe not!!
