Hoilday not the BEST foid rubbish and hotel not brill but cheers2sun hoilday were brilliant definitely book with them again

Eric was excellent at getting me the perfect holiday for me and my family. He made the process easy and effective and is a credit to cheers2sun. I will definitely be booking all my future holidays through him and recommending him to my friends and family.

Avoid this company like the plague. They are real life cowboys. They get your attention by advertising a really low price and this bears no resemblance to the price they charge. When I rang up, a holiday advertised at £670pp, with transfers and baggage miraculously rose to £987pp! When I expressed my surprise and said this is more expensive than TUI, I was told I was lying! I asked for a breakdown of the costs and they refused. Don't be fooled.

Called on two different days, checking prices of holidays to Bulgaria, first day price was claimed to be correct, and I went to proceed with booking however claimed the last of this offer was no longer available and proceeded to offer a package including transfer and baggage (apparently an 8 leva transfer is worth 90gbp), I declined this and proceeded to look for another holiday and found another one, I called the next day to be greeted with the exact same situation on the phone, being told there was an issue with the hotel, and that transfer and baggage must be included (makes no sense to me!) All in all just a lying company, advertising incorrect prices.

My family and I have received excellent service from Mark Wright at cheers 2 Sun. Mark was very helpful in organising and helping us book as well as advising us on to holidays in 2018 we booked a family holiday to go to Egypt / Hugharda in July 2018 and also in November 2018 we went to Tunisia.

I have no hesitation in recommending Cheers 2 Sun to anybody planning a holiday. The service is excellent and I will not be using any other travel agent apart from Cheers 2 Sun.

Please don't anyone book with this company, I unfortunately tried to and instead of take £1000 out my account for a holiday they took £3000. It took me a week for me to get money back I was stressed to say the least but before they even booked the holiday the price u see is not the price of holiday, they do that thing of adding extras on and blah blah blah . Once u actually think thats the holiday booked they phone u back and tell u the hotel is not available and try to offer u a more expensive hotel . Cheers2sun had me so stressed trying to book a holiday please don't book with these guys they get your attention of a much lower price than anywhere else then hit you with all sorts of extra costs ITS A PURE SCAM STAY CLEAR!!!!

Mark Wright is an excellent listener and communicator with bags of patience, he has helped me to achieve two holidays in the space of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Mark worked on a budget getting me the best holidays to Mexico and Kos in Greece. I will continue to use Cheers2sun in future to book long term and last minute.com.

I would like to say - what a please it was booking my forthcoming holiday to Dominican. Mark was very informative and it was a seamless process , all professionally explained and I didn’t feel apprehensive to book.

Very poor Customer Service (I work in CS, I should know). Hotel and holiday was awful - hotel not as advertised so we have sent a complaint - no answer for a week, so chased again.......to be told they need to contact the hotel and this could take up to 5 weeks!!!! I contacted the hotel myself to complain and got a reply in 5 days!!
Now going through all available channels to get back our money - DO NOT USE!

Recently book a holiday to Cuba up for my wife and I. Cheers2sun were the cheapest we found, and we were happy to pay the deposit based on what we were being offered.
Received email confirmation from both C2S and Thomas Cook within 20 minutes.
Looking forward to our holiday in May.... so far, so good.

I have used cheers2sun twice now, the first time I have to say they were a first class service which I cannot complain about, but using them again (partly due to using them before), they did not show the level of competence that one would expect. I booked a holiday with them, this much was fine, I then needed to amend the holiday due to personal reasons, I called them up and they said they would call back to sort me out, this did not happen. I sent a message via the customer service link they didn't respond. I called several times with promises of someone will call me back and not once did they honour their side of the deal. I called a further time and the amendment was sorted in about 10 minutes which make me have to wonder why this couldn't have been done the first time I called.

I am not saying not to use them as I have seen the good side of them also and even with the added costs they were still 100's cheaper than other providers at the time, but I would say there need a be a level of consistency with staff practice and honouring promises or people will constantly give bad reviews for things that are easy to rectify

Just like to say a big thanks for the time Robin spent with me finding a holiday for me and my carer in Mexico I am a wheelchair user and Robin went above and beyond to organise everything to make this a great holiday. Everything about the booking was clearly explained.
Keep up the great work, looking forward to Cancun Mexico!!

VERY poor, saw deal on line, rang to confirm price and details yet when I came to pay just a couple of minutes later that holiday had "just gone" and was now only available for the full price, even more than via the travel agent!

I would like to thank Robin for being a brilliant salesman and customer service advisor. He was extremely patient with me, when on more than one occasion i changed my mind with dates and prices. Thanks Robin, you were really helpful and an excellent exponent of customer service. 10 out of 10.

Recently I booked my last minute holiday with Cheers2sun service on telephone was well explained ,I spoke to Danny explained I had a budget holiday and I wanted 7 days in Dominica Republic ,first holiday I selected on line went up in price once they added luggage and transfer , I explained i had a budget and Danny researched for the best deal for me whilst he was on phone we checked the Hotels and the TripAdvisor reviews .Holiday Booked and we go in three weeks once booked all my information arrived on my email from cheers2sun and also from Thompson whom I am flying with .
