Had an excellent experience shopping with Cheers Wine Merchants. I ordered some Gower Gold ales for my mate for his birthday (his fav beer). Quite a difficult beer to get hold of in the London area so I had a google and then ordered from Cheers, first time purchase from them. There was a slight hiccup with the courir service which caused a small delay, but after emailing it was sorted incredibly quickly and I then received my order the very next day, still in time for my mate's birthday. I'd like to say a big thanks to Callum whose customer service was excellent and came across as genuinely invested in resolving my delivery issue in time for my mate's birthday. He kept me in the loop with all updates and had my issue resolved within a few hours of my first email. All bottles arrived in perfect condition, very well packed with fragile stickers. I'll definitely purchase from Cheers again and will recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Cheers and Callum!

It’s nearly Christmas and all traders are very busy but when I asked a simple question about delivery it was answered with speed and professionalism. Exactly what I would expect from my own company team and I will certainly be using this company again. I don’t normally buy wines by the box but this company had a good feeling of Trust - something quite rare nowadays. Well done Cheers Wines! I will raise a glass to you all at Christmas!

I did have a positive experience with this company previously, however, I wanted to order from them again and e-mailed a question about availability and cost of the wine I wanted, no response from them at all. I will look elsewhere for my purchase now.

Customer communication was excellent and delivery was speedy.

Ordered a niche gift set for a colleague. It was quite pricey, but not widely available, so fair enough. I was pleased to have found it and be able to have it delivered on time. It arrived broken. I have emailed, used the online chat function and called Cheers Wine Merchants, but no one is responding or answering. These things happen, but I can't get it put right... awful customer experience.

Cheers gave brilliant support for my dad's 80th birthday party. Fab advice on wine choices, flexible and helpful arrangements, really responsive communications and delivery through windy country lanes and cow road blocks in Gower. They even picked up the empty keg and loan glasses afterwards. We are so lucky to have this fantastic local business. Thank you Cheers!

They had a great selection, almost exactly what I was looking for (wanted to try all of the Desperados flavours they had all of them except exotic rum) and delivered within 2 working days, products were phenomenally packaged! Couldn't be more impressed with the service.

I ordered online on Sunday night, had a query on Monday that was resolved in 5min and both bottles were still received correctly on Tuesday with email updates on the way.
Great customer service and will happily buy from them again.

Ordered 6 bottles of Campo Leon and on day 2 it was received. No fuss no bother. Placing order with a person and knowing they are an independent business made this an enjoyable transaction.

Ordered 12 bottles of wine. Arrived well packaged delivered by DHL within 10 days. Would use Cheers again.

Ordered a case of wine after a very friendly conversation with the owner. Agreed delivery within 4 days. 10days later, and despite promises of a delivery every day, still no delivery. While the problem seemed to be with the courier, the company was more interested in tracking the undelivered case than getting another case to me. Delivery missed two celebrations I had arranged round this specific South African wine and Andrew, the owner knew this. Communication was poor as I had to ring everyday and promises of people getting back to me weren’t kept.
Very disappointing as I gave the company lots of time to put things right.
After an ultimatum they they either send another case or provide a refund, I have been offered a refund.

Delivered the wrong wines, told me I needed a chit to return the wines but didn't supply one, said they could not give a receipt when they did collect the wine but stated I would receive an email acknowledging receipt and then, you guessed it......no email. When I complained they stated they would give me a refund and then, true to form, they changed their mind. This company is managed by a 'pick a card' policy and you cannot believe a word they say. Shame really....

I ordered some Brooklyn Insulated beer from their website and received an email confirmation. 4 days later I received a call to say they had no stock of the product and then an email to say it could be up to a month before the order could be fulfilled. The staff member was polite but ultimately not helpful as they were unable to resolve their mistake in a timely manner. I ordered from one of the many UK suppliers with confirmed stock who duly delivered the following day. Why they could not arrange this is beyond me as a first time customer. I have requested a refund from Cheers Wine Merchants.

I've ordered wine from Cheers Wine Merchants for some time and they have never let me down. They always deliver within 48 hours-depending on what time of day I place the order. If I've had to phone them with a query, they've always been helpful and friendly.Their prices are good too. I would thoroughly recommend them!

I have been looking for this particular wine for some time after being served what was originally an anonymous house wine, Tiddy Widdy Well. I discovered Cheers Wine Mercants sold this wine after a search on the Web ad their service and delivery time was excellent.

At the end of last year my wife and I had an extended holiday in Australia and New Zealand. During that time we visited quite a few cellar doors and during our tastings found a wine we thoroughly enjoyed and wanted to have a few bottles of it for Christmas when we arrived back home. After searching the internet we came across a few online wine merchants who stocked it. We decided to go for Cheers and it turned out to be a good choice. As soon as I placed the order I sent a message to Cheers explaining our situation and asked for the delivery to be delayed until after we returned home. Within a very short time a reply came back from the manager who gave us a delivery date within the time frame we requested. Sure enough it arrived right on the dot in the North East of Scotland as promised. I could not ask for more.
