Great cheese and perfect gift for my sister. Company followed up to ensure we recieved delivery and lovely touch of hand written gift note. 5 stars!

Opted for (and paid extra for) bi-monthly boxes, but received them monthly. Each time I was assured they would come at the correct time. Gift recipient requested bi-monthly and products were wasted.

Customer service is terrible leaving you on read for days and needing chased up constantly.

I was promised a refund twice, “I’ll put this through right away for you” on 23rd April then the same statement again on 30th April after chasing it up.
After chasing them up AGAIN on the 8th, 12th and 13th May, they eventually replied and a refund was put through that day after dealing with a new person.

Company’s a shambles. Go elsewhere. It’s really not worth the hassle.

I placed an order on 2nd April for delivery on 11th April - it did not arrive. Sent an email querying the whereabouts of my order.... received a response on 14th advising it was still with DHL! Said they would send a replacement the same day for delivery on 15th but nothing received and now not responding to messages. I have requested a refund, still being ignored.... issue is ongoing 😡

Bought a monthly cheese subscription as a gift for Christmas - It has been a complete disaster.

If you receive the cheeses, they’re really good, but if you have any problem their customer service is terrible. I would give them a wide berth - Buying from them has been a massive mistake.

I received no confirmation of the order, so had to contact them immediately to confirm that it had gone through. After a lot of chasing, I finally got a response when I said I was going to contact my credit card provider to request a refund.

We’ve received 4 out of the 6 boxes ordered in the subscription.

A further box was due to be delivered today, but has been delayed with DHL until after the Easter bank holiday (by which time the cheese will be ruined).

This will be the second box that has been delivered late with the ice packs melted and the cheese ruined. On the first occasion CBC promised a refund. This has never materialised despite chasing repeatedly for the last 2 months.

They don’t respond to emails and don’t have any other method of contact. Just dreadful. Pick another company.

We were given a gift of a cheese subscription from the cheese box club. We have received 3 cases and there has been cheeses repeated no tasting notes which the web site states are supplied. No response to email.
Overall poor service and let down by the products.

My son bought me a 6 monthly subscription as a Christmas present. So far this year I have received two boxes of identical cheese labelled Month 1 on the same day, two boxes of identical cheese labelled Month 3 on the same day, and one box of cheese labelled Month 2 (chronologically).
These were delivered in late January, late February, and this week (mid March). No answer to telephone call and message asking why I received two on the same day, no answer to an email asking the same question; box received this week contains at least one cheese that was in the January box.
Don't waste you money, go to a reputable cheese maker or retailer who also have online shopping facilities.

I ordered 2 lots of Cheese boxes for family members and they were both very pleased with them. Arrived on date as promised. Very happy with the contents and service.

Purchased a box for my son in law as a present and for myself. We are both delighted with the contentm the variety and amount of cheese plus crackers and pickle and even a complimentary cheese board.
Have purchased from you before and always very pleased with choice, quality and presentation. Delivered on date requested. Many thanks.

I enjoy the variety Cheese Box Club offers. I've tried different cheeses which were new to me, and that is brilliant. I haven't subscribed to a regular box, but like to order from time to time as a gift or when I am entertaining friends.

Poor, repetitive selection of cheeses each month with zero customer service. Over the course of three boxes we had three lots of the same Wensleydale with cranberry, each time with only 8 days left before going out of date. In the last box one of the 'expert' selection was from Sainsbury's! And as an accompanying product a box of Easter themed chocolate popcorn, in November?! Just a bizarre money making scam, clearly just shifting nearly out of date cheap products. When we complained, on more than one occasion, we had no response.

Such a great idea. A simple and convenient way to have great tasting cheeses delivered to your door.

Such a fantastic concept having cheese box delivered to your door. Perfect for any occasion or if you a cheese lover I definitely recommend getting box on regular basis. Fresh well packaged and delicious

Each box I have received from the Cheese Box Club has been perfect! The selections are amazing, something for everyone. They certainly make a great sharing platter for everyone! Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I ordered the Halloween box. What a cracking selection… so unique and tasty. I did raise a query but my email was responded to immediately and the response was more than expected. Great quality and service. Will definitely order again

Left three messages/texts via the mobile given on the packing note and not one was responded to. Most cheeses are nearly out of date. This was a gift and I’m extremely disappointed.

Easy to order online, very fast delivery, really well packed to ensure the cheese arrives at it's best. And the cheese itself is top quality! A fantastic selection that intrigued friends & family. Would highly recommend!

ordering the subscription was easy but when I phoned asking for a card to download to give to my husband saying that he was getting a subscription I had to wait several days. the lady on the phone was very helpful but for some reason it took a few days to receive the down load. My suggestion is that when people purchase a subscription , a down load is there straight away for customers to print off at home.
