Very bad service
Very bad service. Was supposed to pick up at 19:28 was still waiting for my food at 8pm. All I was given as an apology was a bottle of beer and 1 poppadom?! Kind of a kick in the teeth really. I doubt I will return now which is a shame as the opening night was very good.

The food is normally beautiful and we have never had a problem from there before until this evening. I don't know if it was because we were the last customer before closing but the food was inedible. Infact one of our family was very ill after eating. I am extremely upset.
Update: The manager contacted us and has deeply apologised which we accepted and said this was a one off occasion. They then refunded the whole amount of the takeaway.

The website didn't work all that well. I did struggle to get the order placed. It kept saying it would send a code to me but then I hadn't even given my details so unsure how it was planning on doing it!! Got there in the end by going back and refreshing several times
