Very quick delivery. High quality Japanese chopping board at a great price. Very communicative customer services too when I enquired about my purchase.

Purchased a Konro grill on 1/5/25. The company emailed to tell me the item was shipped with tracking details. Checked the status later that day and item couldn’t be found. I called to be told it was definitely posted but sometimes the tracking doesn’t get updated until the evening. Then I started to read reviews here and became a little worried.. I needn’t have worried though as the staff were correct and the items were delivered the following day as promised.. all items arrived well packaged and very pleased with both the service and the gear. I have read the reviews below with disbelief particularly as they are so very petty and are besmirching an excellent company.

I have now made three purchases totalling six items being two Sakai Takayuki Damascus Gyuto Chef's knives together with two sheaths and two specialist sharpeners.

It is a minefield trying to find Japanese knives in the UK as there are so many Chinese knock offs, which purport to be authentic. The service that I received from Chefslocker, and in particular from Dan, was excellent and all of my questions were addressed promptly and professionally.

I was in need of the two orders, and in particular the second one, very quickly and Dan went out of his way to make sure that I received the knives, etc., the very next day with a very reasonable delivery charge.

I was delighted by the quality of the knives, sheathes and sharpeners, which I purchased for a very reasonable price for items of such quality.

I thoroughly recommend Dan and Chefslocker and would respectfully point out that anyone can see that the bad reviews below are totally unwarranted.

The Chefs that received the knives were delighted and will not stop commenting about how wonderful they are! :-)

I will most certainly be buying from Dan again and thank him for making my life so easy.

Scammer! Avoid - Ordered a knife for Xmas which decided to return. Emailed to ask for a refund, was told I could refund and sent item back recorded delivery. Not received refund and no longer answering emails! Going through credit card to get money back. Check trust pilot reviews! Wish I had.

Not a great experience, purchased item as a gift via Etsy but order cancelled a couple of days later by Dan, no stock left. However, item is still listed on online shop. Disappointing. Will buy elsewhere and not revisit Chefslocker Shrewsbury

This is a hole in the wall operator that has no respect for its customers! I purchased expensive Japanese Bichotan charcoal from them and they charged me £20 for transport. upon receiving I had ALOT of small this broken pieces. Now I understand some may break but a box full defies the whole purpose of buying these logs. Upon complaining I was told by a pip squeak Ed…rd that this is normal and he uses this all the time in this state. First of all he does not ship this so doesn’t have broken pieces. And I’m have been BBQ’ng probably before he was born so don’t lecture me on use. His response was condescending and totally disrespectful.
All in all Chefslocker has a lot of competition for this product so I don’t expect this operator to survive with this service level. An oh ja, forgot to mention. I could return the charcoal but had to pay for delivery. Nonsense

I bought the B3 Konro grill. It is an excellent buy, easy to use and grilled the meat nicely. It remained cool to touch on the outside, so it probably can be put onto a wooden table directly. As a precaution, on initial use, I placed it on a couple of bricks. Looking forwards to using it again soon and in winter.

Ordered a set of Premium Hammered Full Tang Steak Knifes. Arrived quickly and safely. Absolutely love them! Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

Great barbecue at a good price. Very quick delivery. Although Instructions in English would be useful rather than kanji🤣🤣
