Diabolical experience.I placed an order beginning of April for algae cleaning solution ,Several emails chasing my order to be told item is shipped.Fed ex emailed stating they couldn’t deliver as it was a chemical.I have tried contacting customer support & sent emails for full refund.absolutely no response..
Certainly would not recommend this company

No delivery and no communication fromnthis company as to why, or where my order is.
First time i have used this company and the last. If you dont won't to get ripped off I'd suggest you dont use them either....disgraceful service.

Based on one order. 4x5l bleach plus. Ordered just after midday. All arrived by FedEx in under 24hrs. It's thick bleach. Not used it for the job yet.

This company impresses me each time I use it. I order directly from their website. Their prices are excellent and their products work. I ordered No Rinse Blue for our caravan toilet Wednesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday morning. I received more than one email detailing the process and keeping me up to date. Their customer service is excellent in my opinion and I have used them a few times and always been more than happy with their service. I would highly recommend them to use as they have consistently served me well and the product does what it says.

Customer service absolutely atrocious & communication non-existent.

I did not receive my order as their courier, Fed ex, did not press my buzzer or call me but instead left a note to say they had missed me (when I was inside my property unaware). I was sent an email once from them to say they would be delivering the item on Monday 9th December when they actually arrived on Saturday 7th. The app was useless - no way to reschedule a delivery or take any action. There were no further emails from FedEx after that so I contacted Chemiphase on 2 occasions as after a fortnight, I still hadn’t received the items & there had been no further sign of them at all on my smart intercom or CCTV. The man from Chemiphase who answered the phone, who informed me he was a director of the company, had one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered. I informed him what had occurred & of my experience with their courier. He proceeded to dismiss my claims about the courier , telling me Fed ex are a multi million dollar American company & no-one else has had a problem with them…..This is a company that has a Trustpilot score of 1.5 so I am clearly not the only one. His tone was demeaning, rude, arrogant & dismissive - when I challenged this, there was no apology, instead he started raising his voice & announced “I don’t need this in my life”.

If this is the attitude of the directors of this company to customers - the people on whom they are reliant to prosper, God help them, their future looks bleak. An apology & good customer service costs nothing but makes the world of difference.
I never received my order in the end after Fed ex had apparently tried to deliver it a further 2 times - I received no emails, phone calls & there was no record of this on my smart intercom or CCTV. All I was met with was a sneer & disbelief when I informed the director at Chemiphase of this. He arrogantly exclaimed “I wouldn’t use Fed ex if I didn’t think they were the best”
……how deluded he is. Talk about burying your head in the sand & ignoring all of the negative reviews.
He told me he could re-send it “at his expense”
- again with an accusatory, rude tone, as though I was somehow in the wrong here.
I would never touch this company again & I advise you to do the same

Ordered oven cleaner was delivered next day great service thank you….i will certainly pass business on to this company

I bought 100 litre of concentrated antifreeze what diluted should protect down to -27 degrees but i got a very diluted product with a concentrated product label. I tested it and diluted in the 40/60 concentration as stated on label would freeze at -6 degrees and neat would freeze at -11. I contacted the company and i was dealing with Ben. Looks like is the only person you can deal with. He is answering the phone when he want and never reply to emails unless you leave a feedback somewhere. He refuse to believe the product he sent me is substandard even after i sent him photos with the frozen product i took out of the freezer, saying that nobody complained so far (most likely people did not tested it so far). Took more than a month to return the product and get my money back. He kept lying about return collection date, he put wrong address, wrong date, everything to make me drop it. After receiving the product back took another week to get my refund, he keep insisting the money are sent and are with my bank but in the end he admitted was not authorizing the refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Trustpilot do not offer me possibility to add photos and anything to prove it here but i have them all. Also, trustpilot removed me some previous honest negative reviews so i believe will do the same now.

The reason I want to review is that the product is fantastic, does exactly what it promises, and is reasonably priced.

Having used 2 other products that not only cost between £60-70 for 5lts, do not say what the product contains, and (I now realise) are more dilute so that you have to buy more for effective results really angers me because those companies are capitalising on the ignorance and trust of the purchaser.

I have been spreading the word Sodium Hypochlorate Patio Cleaner (black spot removal) from Chemiphase to anyone that will listen, even to the hardware store where they were trying a product that claimed to remove black spot, £60/5lts, to find that there was no discernable difference after use.

I came across this product by chance on the internet and cannot say how delighted I am with the result.

Ordered an item yesterday afternoon, received today. Cannot fault their speed of service and I will certainly order again for my cleaning company.

Not sure why some bad reviews on here?? I ordered 5L of patio cleaner. First order was delayed by Fedex (not a Chemiphase issue). Had difficulty getting an update from Fedex directly. Called the Chemiphase number on the website and spoke to Ben. He sorted out immediately. New delivery setup and it arrived the next day. Excellent service and really good to deal with. Price of the patio cleaner was excellent as well.

quick delivery, I was kept informed thought-out the process. Packaged well. highly recommended. I will be using Chemiphase again.

I was told over the phone at 10:00 that if I placed an internet order before midday then it would be sent out the same day on a 'next day' delivery.

I placed the order at 10:15 and all went through OK.

The item wasn't actually despatched until the following day and then the delivery company took a further two days to deliver it.

I emailed to say how disappointed I was and explain how inconvenient this had all been as I had had to delay the work.

An apology would have been welcome - or even a partial refund of the carriage since I hadn't had the next-day service I'd paid for - but I've had no apology or response from Chemiphase to my email. I have had an email telling me that the goods had been delivered - which I already knew... In that email they say, "Thank you for your business. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know!" What would be the point if they don't respond to people's emails?

Reading the previous reviews, I see this treatment is par for the course. I wish I'd read them before I placed the order, I'd have bought an alternative product.

Placed order, payment taken and then received an email to say order status updated to refund. No explanation given or told when I would get refund. I have emailed 3 times and received no reply. Most companies, if they do not deliver to your area inform you straightaway and don't take your money first! Buyer beware!

Great customer service as I needed the product next day, but it was already after 3pm when I contacted Chemiphase on their chatbot. They were able to get my order ready and shipped within 30 mins and in my hands the next day. Brilliant!!

This company sent me chemicals which were not packaged properly and therefore arrived damaged. Chemicals had leaked out into the box and could have been a potential hazard. When I tried to email the company they took a long time to respond. They said I could not have a refund until the goods had been returned. I tried numerous times to email them and sort out the return but when I gave them days for return they did not get back to me yet again. Ben Wiggins ignored my requests to have the owner/manager’s details. There was no apology at all for any inconvenience, I am still sitting here with damaged chemical, no refund and numerous unanswered emails. Such poor customer service - they do not even deserve one star.

I have ordered and used this product twice in 2021 and will be using it again
I was very pleased with the results and the fast free delivery!
It works out a lot cheaper than keep buying those little bottles of pink and blue because this stuff does both jobs
You only need a little because it go's a long way.

Ordered through Amazon from this company. Checking delivery options and never found any restrictions on delivery to Northern Ireland.
Then a message appears says order cancelled.
And after reading previous reviews I’m surprised this company does any trading. Just a note to Chemiphase

I ordered 4x5L sanitising rubbing, and it was completely different from the description on the website. Absolutely useless purchase because of misleading from the shop.
Sanitising liquid doesn't work for my needs as I expected because I relied on the description.
No answer by phone, no replies on multiple emails. Waste of money. Just stay away from this shop.

Purchased 1x5lt blue and 1 pink chemical toilet when arrived the pink one was leaking badly lost about a lt i sent 3 emails regarding this but dont answer ,phone goes to answer or just rings out so better shop around to save the hassle of getting a replacement or even and answer.
