I ordered 4x5L sanitising rubbing, and it was completely different from the description on the website. Absolutely useless purchase because of misleading from the shop.
Sanitising liquid doesn't work for my needs as I expected because I relied on the description.
No answer by phone, no replies on multiple emails. Waste of money. Just stay away from this shop.

Purchased 1x5lt blue and 1 pink chemical toilet when arrived the pink one was leaking badly lost about a lt i sent 3 emails regarding this but dont answer ,phone goes to answer or just rings out so better shop around to save the hassle of getting a replacement or even and answer.

Ordered some caravan toilet chemicals. Delivery was extremely quick, communication with Ben was efficient and instant. I had a query over a product that went missing in transit and was advised straight away that another would be posted, and it arrived the next day. Couldn’t fault this company, super helpful and I will definitely recommend and use them again.

Have bought from this company for thee last 3/4 years. We actually left them a good review once before. However recent orders have been a disaster.

non delivery, no response to emails and no refund of the money we paid on recent order from 3 weeks ago, the previous non delivery took us almost a month to get refunded. So serious now is that next step is to give them a 7 day letter/notice of intended legal action. Coronavirus is no excuse they have been very fortuitous in that they make hand sanitiser and one would think have profited well from this demand went up so did prices. So stupid is this that they lost out on a £5000 order we placed with competitors. Bewildering.

Brilliant metalised emulsion floor polish.
I ordered the above polish for my Lino floor on the recommendation of a friend. Due to coronavirus the product was out of stock.
Without having to call them again, the product duly arrived by courier service. This is a amazing product it has saved me putting a new floor down. It’s hard wearing and water resilient. The cost for 5 litres is only £19.00 odd so it will last a long time. I shall looked to see which other products this company use.

Dreadful company. Placed 2 orders and asked why there was a price difference in the orders, for exactly the same products. I was told they are packed differently. They said they would cancel 1 order but didn't. Both orders were sent out, I refused delivery, so APC courier sent 1 order back. They have got the items back and I've not been refuded. 18 emails to them and not a single reply since taking my money. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Filed a claim to get my money back and will take them to court if needed.

If I could give them minus stars, I would. I placed an order on the 29th of February 2020 for hand sanitizer , and after reading the reviews on here I was expecting to wait a while. so I waited till the 15th of march and since the order status had not changed, I e-mailed them. Off course I did not receive a response. So again I waited till the 9th of April (today) and e-mailed again. This time it was a much less pleasant e-mail. I threatened them with legal action. A few hours later I received a PayPal refund without any explanation. So I will not be recommending them to anyone, I will in fact be telling anyone I meet to stay away from them as they are a bunch of con artists.

Just to be clear I did not order hand sanitizer because of the Covid 19 virus, I ordered it because I am a live in carer and have always bought hand sanitizer, and it is important that I have it. though this was first (and last) time I used Chemiphase.

I ordered Solo Alcohol Hand Sanitiser Gel 2 x 5 Litre Refill from Amazon on 26th February. I received an email to say this had been dispatched but received no further updates. This was due to be delivered on 14 March 2020 and never arrived.

When my order did not arrive I tried to contact Chemiphase through Amazon and also emailed the company directly. All of my emails have gone unanswered. I eventually called Chemiphase to be informed a month after placing my order that it would not be delivered. I was told that my order would not be delivered as the address I had given was in Northern Ireland. It was stated that they only deliver to the UK (last time I checked Northern Ireland was part of the UK). This is also not stated on the company's website or Amazon delivery details.

I was not contacted by the company to say my order could not be delivered and no one has been in touch regarding a refund. All my emails have not been responded to. I eventually had to contact Amazon to receive a refund over a month after my order had been placed.

I would never order from this company again.

Shame on you.
Trebled the price of Solo hand sanitiser in the first week of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Blatant profiteering.

Cancelled 3 amazon orders without giving any correspondence whatsoever. Poor service.

In response to your response - nowhere on the Amazon listing does it state you do not deliver to my address so when you say "clearly" I think you ought to review your listing. Furthermore it would be good practice to at least let the buyer know why you cancel orders with a note rather than just refund without explanation, just poor service.

Received incorrect item, no response to email querying this. Called and was told I would receive a call back, still waiting!

Does exactly what it says it does. Cleaned the monobloc driveway better than it’s ever been cleaned!
