I placed an order and was sent the wrong product. I was told that I would need to pay the cost of sending back the product which THEY WRONGLY sent me. ChemistDirect YOU made the mistake so YOU should pay for it, not me.

I saw the item advertised and placed the order Monday at 2.30pm
Parcel delivered Wednesday 8.30 am

Trying to order from this company is a nightmare!! I tried to order an item of stock at £5.99 but was limited to only being allowed to order one item at a time when I wanted to order four which results in having to pay for postage and packaging four times which obviously bumps up the price of the individual item. Also, Sephora and Feelunique websites are offering the same item at £5.31 and their orders are fulfilled by Chemistdirect so why the price difference. Also, on Sephora and Feelunique website you can order three items which I find strange when Chemistdirect are fulfilling their order! Also, being only able to order three of this particular item instead of the four I wanted, results in me having to pay for postage and packaging.

Chemist Direct is also know as Pharmacy Online - Took time to support this online store, only to receive a fraction of what I ordered. A $270 order ended up only getting $80 worth of product. Only good for apologies.

The website was easy to navigate, the range of items was good and the prices were excellent. The delivery came quickly and everything in it was perfect and lovely.

The A2 milk powder production date was 30/07/2020. My baby kept having diarrhea after drunk the milk powder you sold.!!!!!!! And milk powder CAN was damaged.

Placed an order on 22 march apparantly courier said was undeliverable been contacting them for refund have been waiting for 2 weeks now constantly fobbed off with emails

Update in my previous review! I cancelled the order as they had no stock, even when they accepted the order! Just received an email saying the order has been despatched due to human error!! Just when you think these people couldn’t get anymore useless!!

Never had any trouble when ordering or delivering the items

They are by far the worst supplier ever. I have placed my order and paid my 1st payment from afterpay and end up knowing it’s out of stock. What a shame. They don’t even update their website. I asked for refund and it’s only them that I’ve trouble getting my refund from afterpay. Felt like i am being scummed by them.

The customer service is really bad , people on the phone don't seem to care at all. I have ordered optifast products from them online and they changed my order as what I ordered was out of stock. I contacted them couple of times and finally they e mailed me a label to drop the wrong item which I did, then I have not heard anything back, I sent an email asking when I would receive the right products and they informed me then that they would issue me a refund and I have to re order the products again. Well after almost 3 weeks I am still chasing that refund , i checked online and they have received the wrong products but still not refunding me.

Have ordered twice now from Chemistdirect. Each time there has been a long delay before delivery with no explanation. The first order took literally weeks, the second, which according to the site was next day delivery, had still not been delivered several days later. When asked on live chat what had happened to the ‘next day delivery’ order I was informed that that was next day ‘after dispatch’. I asked for date of dispatch and was told they would get back to me - still waiting! Will not be ordering again.

Requested tracking number for my package three times in the space of a week. But no one has ever responded to my messages. Terrible customer service. Will not buy from them again.

Staff member - Her name is Lina. She is polite, friendly as well as problem solver. She is also efficient at her job You guys should be proud of her.
I am very impressed how she solved my problem and her customer service is fantastic.
Direct Chemist has a promotion of La Roche- Posay (3 for 2). On 09/07/2020 when i went to Direct Chemist at Point Cook town centre, No promotion was labelled. I approached to her and she spoke with her manager. Her manager had to check with Head Office. she advised me that she would call me back which she did. Not only that, she put 2x Moisturiser cream on the side so I could pick up later.

I made an order in July 2019 and found the process quite easy and delivery was received very quickly. Today I needed to contact the customer service team via email for some assistance, the reply came back to me within half an hour. Great customer service. Thanks so much!

Customer Service Specialist Rochelle has provided the best customer service during this difficult time, I've received my purchase super fast! very happy customer here! be honest I was a bit worry about my order after I read so many negative comments of chemistdirect, so I contact them three days after I made the order, Rochelle was super helpful and had very good communication with me! will definitely recommend chemistdirect to my friends!

This is a con, don't buy. The are not in Sydney, they are in the Philippines.Disgusting.
