I ordered from this site on April 30,I still have yet to receive my order.I have been sending them emails and asking for my money back.They keep saying they was backed up due to Covid.I just want a refund at this point

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Last week I ordered two white dresses at the cost of around $90. During the time of my package being shipped, I received an email that they did not have my apartment number to fully send my package to the correct address. So once I received the email, I went in there and modified it like I was told to do,so I can receive my package. I modified it so that it was going to just be shipped to my apartment office. Today was supposed to be the day that I received my package but I have not. In fact , they are telling me that my package has been delivered. It has been delivered but I find out that it’s been delivered to the correct state but incorrect city that I don’t recall giving consent to. Then on top of that they sent me a proof of verification indicating that I signed for the package. Whoever signed for my package was not me nor do I recall giving consent to anyone to sign for me. First off it is 2022, since when the hell do we start having people sign for packages without showing them proof of identification first (ex drivers license, identification card etc.) I emailed them about my issue and I got no response back. but I will say one thing if they plan on me shopping here again they better either resend my package to me at the correct address. or I want a full refund back. If one or two of those things don't happen, then y’all can forget about me investing my hard earned dollars into this company. And on top of that,I will gladly spread the word worldwide So that nobody has to go through the experience that I have.

I ordered things from this site brfore never an issue until the last order. I placed a order in March and sent several emails. I was supposed to fet a refund still nothing yet. They get 0 stars from me

If I had a no star button I would definitely click it cause they don’t need no star. First off I ordered 80$ worth of clothing. I’ve checked the shipping from the app shop it’s not getting updated. I haven’t received my things and I really liked everything I seen on their website. However, I hardly ever order off websites like these because most of them are scams I normally do fashionova or legit websites. I’m still waiting on my birthday outfit and shoes and it haven’t came yet.

I wish I would of read the reviews before I spent my money. Ordered a dress in September it is now October still No dress. The tracking information has not been updated in over a week 1/2 and there is know way to speak to a live person.

This item did NOT look like it did on the website. It looked super cheap and flimsy. Not mention the few feathers on the item were falling off every where I did contact them and they provde me the return information

Seriously they have horrible clothing quality items took forever to arrive ordered some heels that were way to small and when I told them the shoes didn’t fit because it wasn’t within the 15 days after spending over 300 with them they would not send me the correct size shoe I’ll never buy anything else from this low quality ass website

Do not, I repeat do not order from this site. I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered…BIG MISTAKE! The clothes are poorly made, don’t look nothing like the pictures, and you will not get back what paid for a refund. Never, ever again. The clothes are coming from Shanghai and are terrible!!! Don’t do it!!!

If I could give no star, that would be excellent. Delivery took way too long, quality was horrible, communication was horrible. I will not recommend this site to anyone and hate that I even tried. Was provided the wrong sizes, even after having to pay a 30.00 fee to exchange. I learned my lesson and will never order for this site again and will no pass the word along to others.

I was just about to shop on here for my second birthday outfit something whispered in my ear “this site is to good to be true check the reviews”. They should really take this site down especially off Facebook cause they don’t have any review in the comments. I had to search for people reviews wow I can’t believe people will play with our hard earned money 🤦🏾‍♀️

I would never shop from them again. They’re scams and they don’t fulfill your order as per purchase. When I tried reaching out to them foe a refund they told me that they are taking 15% of my money which I paid for my order and even so I have not received my refund yet. I made a purchase since January of this year of which I only received part of my order. They are the worse online store I know
