Still haven't received my order I did contact them. Was told my order was lost in transport. In would resend my item for free, still haven't heard from them. With an updated shipping label so I asked for an refund being that I still haven't gotten my order. In still nothing no reply they just went ghost.

items turned up on time and were exactly as described

SHIPPING WAS PRETTY FAST I LOVED THAT BUT I ORDERED A XL IT FITS LIKE A SMALL I SEE THIS SITE ISN'T FOR ME AND ONLINE THE OUTFIT WAS SHINNING THIS IS DULL LOOKING ALL I CAN SAY IS BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME

I don’t typically leave reviews but babyyyy!!!! This item did NOT look like it did on the website. It looked super cheap and flimsy. Not mention the few feathers on the item were falling off every where. And the return process is NOT ideal. Returning through USPS is the ONLY option and it’s super uneconomical. The customer service person was very rude and dismissive of my concerns stating that I had inconvenienced and made them suffer a lost because my desire to return the item. They refunded me $12 which wasn’t even 50% of the cost of the item. I am very unsatisfied and I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Thank u guys I was bout to order my bday dress but the way y’all saying the wait time is 2 an 3 months I’ll past that’s why you make sure you read reviews I’ll never order from here but they have cute item

Still no order and its February...i ordered in November and no one has contacted me back!!! Scam scam scam...just take your money and scam you!!

I wish I could give zero stars I ordered a two piece jeans and jacket only received the jeans which are of poor quality and it took a month just to receive those you have to email customer service which if they do get back to you is like a week later my suggestion is never waste your money with this company.

Took a long time 2 get back with accurate information.
So aftershaves disappointing needs 2 b improved.
A complimentary .one same colour @ no cost 2 me whatsoever would be appreciated 2 make up
for the disappointing after sales service

Wrong product sent out.

Emailed twice (one for delivery date as was late, second to advise wrong product was sent), haven’t had a reply to either.
