I found Cherry Berry when I was searching for a specific item. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition and I also received a follow email thanking me for shopping on the site. Very good service, which I can't fault.

Great shopping experience my items came on time and everything was exactly what was ordered!
As well as a confirmation email, I also received an email thanking me for my order from a member of staff and advising should I have any problems I can contact them directly! I thought this added a real personal touch to my shopping experience.

Got an confirmation that my item been despatched on Monday. It's Saturday and it still didn't arrive. Emailed company twice asking if it's been sent with 1st or 2nd class cause even with 2nd class 2-3 day is normal shipment time. I got no reply to either email. Tried ringing as well. No reply. Just like other review said they it's a struggle to get in touch with the company... If i get nothing by next week I'll raise a case with my bank. Very unprofessional

Edit: Finally got a reply to my email. Been told that my emails went to spam folder. I asked for a refund, which I got almost immediately. Never goit the item or tracking number for the parcel, which is somewhat weird. Royal mail so rarely loses parcels these days. I'm a bit upset, as I was really looking to receiving the item before last weekend, but in the end it never arrived. I ended up ordering from a different website.
I rate this as average online shopping experience. Got a refund, but no communication for over a week and ultimately the whole point was to receive the order (and I didn't)...

Like this product Rimmels B.B cream, it’s light in texture and stays on, I am going to order another one today, think it’s been discontinued in the shops. Delivery was very quick.

Never heard of Cherry Berry before, but was desperate for my favourite product, which I could not always get promptly from big brands, so I took my chance. Excellent, fast service!
