Good service but less packaging please.
Lipstick that I ordered arrived on time. Item as described. They use big boxes even for small items like 1g lipsticks, creating more wastage from packaging, that is my only concern.

Thank you for your feedback. We do put lipsticks in small flat boxes so that the outer box of the lipstick is not damaged in transit-in a Jiffy bag, they get squished and we are aware that some people buy our products for gifts.

My new beauty supplier....
I bought 2 of the Clinique, Poppin’ Poppy chubby stick, baby tint lip balm as it was by far the best price I’ve seen them at £8.99 - got a lovely welcome email as well as a swift delivery but because the product is so good, I have ended up with 1 as my teenage niece was such a fan too :) it’s a subtle tint and very moisturising so I will be ordering more soon so I have them in stock at a great price.
