horrid customer service
i ordered two shirts and changed my mind and asked for a refund, constant back and forth claiming it can’t be refunded. then i eventually stopped replying and they kept emailing me and pestering me to keep my order and i said i want to cancel it. i was never refunded by this company i had to dispute it with my actual bank and never recieved what i ordered either. don’t buy from instagram ads

Don't recommend, please read if ordering from overseas
A few weeks after the delivery date, I got in contact with customer service and they told me that my package was delivered, which it wasn't. I emailed again, and they admitted that they actually hadn't sent it at all. At this point, they offered to resend it, but said I would have to repay for the postage and packaging, so of course I declined as I had already paid it! I asked for a refund and they asked me to reconsider. I said no. They told me that they would refund me, but would not refund my postage and packaging for the "two times" that they sent it. They later admitted that they hadn't actually sent it even once, so they were trying to charge me for a service that I actually didn’t even receive, TWICE! I argued this and reminded them that they had said earlier that they hadn't actually ever sent it once, let alone twice. They didn’t apologise for this, and instead FINALLY put the money back into my account after two days. They parcel was supposed to arrive in early Jan, and I finally got the refund on the 24th of Feb!
I really wouldn't recommend this company as I feel that they are unreliable, and that their customer service team are clearly willing to lie to try and make the company a few more bucks. On top of this, the customer service team kept a rather passive agressive, and patronising tone throughout our many, MANY emails. Very disappointing, but I am almost glad as I later saw, on tiktok, that the clothing is supposedly poor quality, and rips after a few wears.

So many great designs to choose from and my parcel arrived shortly after placing my order. Baby tees look great on and fit true to size! My only critique is that you start making cigarette cases that are like 1 centimeter longer to accomodate my extra long and fancy cigarettes, please and thank you!

Good experience so far. I got two t-shirts and a skirt. The shirts are good quality. Not thin. However I see some saying the lettering or design will flake off easily. I have yet to wash my shirts so that could be true. My skirts design is cute, but I will say the material is very thin and pretty see thru since I got a lighter color, so beware of that. But still cute design and if you follow the sizing chart you’ll get a good fit.
Also note that they ship from China so you can’t use USPS all the time if you’re trying to track shipping. But they are shipping and you can track it with the international trackers.

This company is a scam!!! Not only have they stolen most of their designs from smaller artists, but the quality is absolutely awful. The material is cheap and feels like its falling apart, and the pictures look nothing like the actual clothing in person. The vinyl on every design is cheap and plastic-feeling, and on some pieces it is cracking and pulling the fabric. The embroidery on their embroidered pieces is messy and missing stitching. When I reached out for a refund due to their abysmal quality and false advertising they only offered me 20%. I pushed then they offered 30%. I pushed AGAIN and they are only offering me 50% or a full refund BUT I'd have to ship it out of pocket to china. Absolutely awful! Do not spend your money on them!
