Cherry kitten scam updates

Bought an item from these a month later I still have not received my item you asked for the order number which you got and then absolutely nothing but rubbish we can do nothing as we sent the item but what about the customer I have not received my item and you stolen my money
SO EVERYONE WHO VIEW THIS WEBSITE BEWARE PUT YOUR MONEY BACK IN YOUR POCKET SCAM SCAM SCAM
I’m not getting into an online battle but thank you trust pilot as I said in my previous review not to be trusted this company tried to block my review a defamatory review and trust pilot rejected their statement so happy that the customer is been heard hopefully my parcel will come at some stage
Update totally forgot to keep ye up dated but my parcel arrived weeks later too late for what I wanted it for I’m a size 12 but bought a large was slightly tight maybe next paddy’s day looking at the funny side it will fit but I still stand by my original viewing you took way to long to deliver a parcel and ur item was sized wrong

Sadly I never received my order

Sadly I never received my order. It was marked as delivered by usps but unfortunately wasn’t, and usps apparently cant help unless the package was insured which I can’t even do. I’m very disappointed because this was my first order with CherryKitten and I wanted to order more but now I’m skeptical because with all that I had another package from H&M that was marked delivered at the same time and place as the CherryKitten order yet I did get the H&M package but not the CherryKitten one. I’ve spoken to both my delivery driver for usps in my neighborhood and the postmaster of my local usps office and like I said they couldn’t help me. I’m extremely sad because those shirts were not cheap and I was really looking forward to rocking your Heated Rivalry tops and more.

Overall review

I enjoyed my search in the website, it's got a lot of fun options for everyone. The payment method was really easy to follow. My package took a long time to arrive, probably over a month, which I didn't like but didn't mind because it wasn't anything urgent. The fabric in which my jerseys are made is not very comfortable, it is very hot and I think I wouldn't feel comfortable using them during the summer time. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

Tights are very short

I love the bright colors but I am a 6’1” woman and the tights are so short. I can’t even wear them as they are 5 inches too short :’( The website has no size guide for the tights, which is my only qualm.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service

All I can say is EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!! I ordered a customized gift that was intended for my grandson. Unfortunately the shipping agent delivered the item to the wrong address. I emailed customer support to check on the status of the item. Once they realized that I had not received the order they immediately recreated the item and shipped it to me. No fuss, no hassle, just amazing customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

Work to resolve issues

My order was stolen, but the brand was INCREDIBLY nice & sent me a new one. I only had to pay for shipping. Given this was an $88 order, this was a huge relief. My customer service agent Wesley was incredibly accommodating and understanding.

I ordered two items in January for st…

I ordered two items in January for st paddy’s day 17th march. It’s now the 5th March, I’ve had to reach out to them weekly to ask for updates and shipment details. I’ve been told the items have been out of stock twice and haven’t been moved to the warehouse. I won’t receive my order anytime soon and it’s just a waste of both of our time and my hard earned money. Devastated, disgusted and unprofessional!

4+ weeks for a drop shipped tshirt

Never received so many ads as I do for this company’s St Patrick’s Day collection so decided to order a few T-shirts from the store. Ordered on 22nd February and received no updates on the order at all. Emailed their customer service email today to ask when my order was going to arrive and was told I wouldn’t get it before paddy’s day anyway! What’s the point of releasing a seasonal collection and not shipping it?
