So pleased!
The boiler was in a difficult location in a Kitchen wall cupboard but the team (Joff and Harriet ) from PCG and Oil made sure it was "as before" and accessible for future servicing.
The only company after four quotes who would take the time and effort to do that!
All at a very competitive price and left no mess or rubbish.
I would highly recommend to family and friends!!!

We found Paul Caton Gas and Oil Services after filling out the form on the Worcester Bosch website for a quote, and that was passed onto this company. Paul contacted us quickly and the text chat started whilst we were away, ergo delaying any info for Paul and the install date as well. Paul was just superb to deal with. Very fast response time to both text's and emails and that we really did appreciate. When we arranged the install date, John & Roger arrived and did a great job installing our regular Worcester Bosch 12RI boiler, which replaced a broken 28 year old Glow Worm boiler. They also had to deal with an existing wiring issue in the airing cupboard (which had been done by the previous installer) and got the Hive set up and sorted, ensuring everything was in good working order before they left. Thanks all! :D

We were recommended Paul by a close family member to come and replace our boiler and entire boiler system, we wanted to change from a water tank system to a combi boiler and Paul provided by far the best price compared to other companies we looked into, he was very responsive with communications and was able to visit our property at our chosen date to come and do the work for us which was great! The work was done efficiently and our property was left really tidy after the work was complete, they were no trouble at all and we would highly recommend to others! We did have a small leak and Paul and his team sorted it really efficiently which we were so grateful for! Overall a brilliant experience and we will definitely use Paul again for future boiler services etc, thanks a lot!

Paul was the point of contact for the whole job, a new boiler, arranging a new outside site, sorting a new pipe network and fitting us an oil fired combi boiler that works like a dream. His professional advice was excellent and not cost driven, that made me really comfortable in the way it would be delivered.
He and his superb team descended upon us with enthusiasm, vigour, exceptional professionalism and trade skills second to none and individually, really nice people too. No wonder they are so busy.
They were an superbly efficient team, working for each other non-stop, all day. The quality of both the fitted items and the individual contribution shone. They would not leave until everything was done to our total satisfaction, none wanting to leave (on a very cold, dark late Friday) until everything was to their standard and constantly checked we were au fait with events and understood how to operate things.
To say we are delighted with this tight knit outstanding group of hard working professionals that make up this family business is an understatement (wont name them but they know who they are!).

The team at Paul Carton fitted my boiler today and did an amazing job making sure I was totally happy and the boiler fully working before I left. Very friendly team and left the place immaculate at the end of a very long day.

New boiler fitted on a weekend. Great communication prior to the work. Young male and female team with a brief drop in by the old head to check all was going ok. They were really polite, great interactions with us, the children and the dog. Really neat job, left the area looking tidy, absolutely excellent.

Paul was just brilliant helping me through replacing my boiler. I submitted a call back with a quick description of work to be carried out through his website . I received a prompt call back within the hour. He then explained all the options I had regarding type of boiler and also payment options (which I took out through Novuna which was also easy and straightforward process) We discussed this on a Monday and the work was carried out on the Wednesday the same week. What great service!

The team were Very pleasant and friendly, explained what they were doing,and got on with it.
When they were finished they cleaned up and left no mess,all for a reasonable price.

Just had Paul and his team fit an Air Conditioning unit in my bedroom and have to say they have done a fantastic job, would really recommend them. Totally professional work from start to finish and completely cleaned up after finish, a very neat job, brilliant work.

A straightforward experience with Paul getting our new Bosch air conditioner installed, all the way through from initial contact, quote and installation - which happened yesterday. Quick & tidy installation on the day and offering great value compared to other companies who didn’t really seem interested in even responding to our enquiry.

Just had my new Worcester 4000 boiler fitted from getting a quote to install all within 3 days big thank you to Paul and the engineer John who fitted it absolutely first class arrived on time and all old boiler and pipe work removed would highly recommend this company

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed to replace my 17 year old conventional with a combi. Paul and his team were amazing. They relocated the boiler to an upstairs cupboard instead of it being in a kitchen cupboard. On the day, I asked Paul if they could also help me with a new radiator, and they were happy to help. Communication was great and Paul and his team got my boiler sorted within a week! They are professional and knowledgeable, would highly recommend. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
