I was thrilled to receive my new watch from Chic Time—it’s 100% authentic, beautifully made, and exactly what I expected from the photos and description. It’s reassuring to shop from a site that guarantees the authenticity of its products and delivers consistently. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely be browsing more collections in the future.

I still can't believe how these scammers not in prison.

I ordered a Celine product from Chic-Time (order HLYICUOUM) and what I received was a counterfeit. The logo, packaging, and overall quality clearly showed it was fake. I provided photographic evidence and contacted Chic-Time multiple times, but they ignored my emails and refused to provide a refund or a prepaid return label.

This is unacceptable and violates EU consumer law. I have already opened a case with the European Consumer Centre and initiated a chargeback with my bank.

Consumers should be very careful with this company. They sell counterfeit items and refuse to take responsibility.

Scam company, relevant issue raised to ECC to punish those bastards..

I purchased a pair of glasses from the official store and was really impressed, so I decided to order another pair online from Chic Time. Unfortunately, the glasses that arrived are FAKE!
Very disappointed, I wanted to return it but I am afraid they wont give me full refund and I am unwilling to pay more money for postage! AVOID this place!

I purchased a pair of Jacques Marie Mage Dealan 53 sunglasses from Chic Time, only to discover they were counterfeit. I own two authentic pairs of JMMs, so I immediately noticed the red flags: the box was the wrong size, there was no certificate of authenticity, and the quality was clearly off.

To confirm, I took them to an official JMM stockist in Barcelona. They checked the serial and batch numbers and confirmed without a doubt that the sunglasses were fake.

Chic Time’s policy of only offering store credit is completely invalid when they’re dealing in illegal counterfeit goods. They are not an authorized retailer, and what they’re doing is deceptive and potentially criminal.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their products are 100% fake, and they will not stand behind their sales. Total scam.

I made a purchase of a Boss watch and the watch is fake. As soon as I received the product I suspected that that product was not original, because the box did not have the same finishing pattern as the boxes of my other Boss watches, so I took the product bought at chic time in a Boss store and there it was confirmed that it was not an original product, I did not try to return the product, because, being a company that sells counterfeits, they still could not return my money.

They have received my return but they will not refund me the money.

it's a shame! they sent me fake glasses Chrome Hearts for 500 euros. absolute cheap plastic, cheap box and cheap fake leather case! in their rules it is written that funds are returned to the balance of the store, but this is a violation of rights! one gets the impression that positive reviews of this store were written to order. this is a blatant fraud! I will contact the law enforcement authorities.
Your responses are a disgrace! Even the product description on your website states that the frame is made of high-quality metal, while in the review, you claim the model is supposed to be plastic. This is a disgrace and fraud! And you publicly respond to reviews, but in reality, you don’t even reply to emails, and all your listed contact addresses are cheap rented virtual warehouses. I will be contacting the police!

they dont reply to me!! I return some glasses (not sure they were real because the case is completely different than the ones my best friend has!!) and they dont return my money! Its more than a month they received the return. They were supposed to return the money within 15 days under european laws!

DON’T BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a pair of Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses from this website in the beginning of September. A couple of days later I received the package. However, already upon opening the box, I realised that something was wrong;
- The sunglasses box looked different than the one I have purchased from a local authorised dealer (looked cheaper and was also different than what was shown on the Chic Time website)
- The content of the box (I.e. authentication certificate, cloth for cleaning the glasses etc. was different than those of the authentic glasses I already have)
- There was no certificate inside the box like you would normally receive (stating what # out of the total production your glasses are)

The glasses generally looked OK, but since I had not doubt that they were fake due to the accessories, I never tried on the glasses and instead contacted Chic Time to have the sunglasses returned.
I also asked about the glasses and questioned whether they were authentic.
Their only response was that they inspect all products and that they include a small authentication card (which I don’t give a F… for - it’s as fake as the products you receive!)

I was instructed how to return the glasses and sent them via GLS at my own expense to the address as requested.

THIS IS WHERE THEY SCREW YOU UP!!!:
A couple of days after the sunglasses were received, I received an email from Chic Time stating that they had received the return - but that the glasses now had scratches on them (despite I didn’t ever even try them on!):

“Upon thorough inspection, we have noted the presence of
several micro-scratches as well as two minor dents on the frame.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, items being returned must be
in their original, pristine condition, having never been worn and
showing no signs of wear or damage. Unfortunately, the current
condition of the sunglasses does not meet these requirements ( please
check attached photos ). For this reason, we regret to inform you that
we are unable to process your return or issue a refund.

We fully understand that this may not be the outcome you expected, but
we must adhere to our policy to ensure fairness and consistency in
handling returns. As such, your sunglasses will be sent back to you
promptly.“

I wrote back to them several times and explained that I never tried on the glasses, so that would either mean that they had sent my glasses with scratches in the first instance - or that they are simply trying to screw me up!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE AND NEVER PLACE AN ORDER - YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS FROM CHINA!!!!!

Fakes. All of them. Cheap man-made materials. Do not buy from his brand. I have images of the real vs fake. They charge hundreds or more for absolute fake items.

I bought the real items to prove it. If they want to market as 90% off fakes then great. But to sell for 25-50% off is complete fraud as a legitimate product is fraud and you will see when you get the item how much the difference is to the real ones. I have charged back through my bank and advise everyone to think carefully to whether they are willing to spend hundreds on these fake poor quality copies of premium brands.

I got fake Pandora charm from chic-time.fr. I know that it’s fake because I have bought the same one charm in original Pandora store and they are definitely not the same. And no, it’s not because every country sells different products, I have purchased Pandora charms in Lithuania, Bulgaria, Italy and everywhere they looked the same except this shop. Do not recommend - they are selling fakes.
