Scam scam scam!!paid 300€ for a copy sunglasses!
The scheme is this: they send afake and do not include a return form, they do not respond to messages, there is no phone number on the website. And the glasses are also accompanied by a certificate of authenticity on behalf of another company, i bought 4 sunglasses all was fake i took to official
Atore they also said that is fake

My watch has been sent by UPS and i got it in 3 days.

Once again. Scam allegations comming trough.
Only time they answer me is when I write about them here on trustpilot. Tried to reach the company on email, whats app and their FB without answer about my order that has taken over 3 month now to arrive. 400 euro + worth by that means. Tried to log in to their site to get my order number instead of digging through my email and I am locked out and cant even change my password.

This is so bad. Please get back to me on atleast email or message on FB or Whats app about my order or atleast refund me.

I have ordered a SEIKO 5 SRPD63K1 for 182€ at the date 2024.jun.02 (order no: MQRMMHAGL)
The watch arrived on 2024.jun.06, but i received a terrible FAKE ONE.
Just to make sure that im right, i went directly to the SEIKO PARIS representation where they confirmed that the watch is fake....
I contacted chic time and i have returned the item on the very same day 2024.06.06, and according to the tracking number they have received it on 2024.06.12
Since then i contacted them several times but they stopped to reply to my emails...
Today 2024.07.10 i still havent received any update nor my money back...
I already contacted french authorities and consumer protection.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM PAGE! Save yourself from getting scammed like me...
UPDATE: Right after my review here, chictime decided to reply to my emails:

So after 30 days after my return still didnt received my money. And about the authentification of the watch... I went to Seiko Paris (47 rue Bonapate) where they compared hand to hand with an authentic one. The watch was definietly fake (could be identified by more than 5 different aspects)
Still waiting for my refound, but i think that i will receive just after the authorities are doing their job:))
